Chapter 7's

After thinking all night Aleena decided to come to Rania's engagement. He felt challenged to defeat his feelings.

By witnessing for themselves their engagement Aleena hopes that her heart is truly open that Mr. Ivan should not be expected. That man belonged to Rania her best friend.

Aleena looked at her face in the mirror, so far she was quite satisfied with her appearance. Simple yet elegant, she wore a black long-sleeved A-line dress. The medium-cut dress, one inch long below the knee that he equipped with a black stiletto featuring his smooth and level calf. While his hair he let it run.

Aleena walked out of her room towards the courtyard. Gio one of his high school friends told him that he was in front of his house. Starting from the discussion about Rania's engagement in the Pelita Harapan alumni group, the man contacted Aleena personally and offered to pick Aleena up, and the girl thought it was not a bad idea to accept the man's invitation even though they were not so familiar.

"Ah thank you. You're also handsome" Aleena replied to the man, it was a coincidence that was so fitting because Gio also wore a black shirt suit when both of them did not make any agreement about the color of the clothes they were going to wear.

"Bad yes the color of our clothes is the same, lest we be a match" said Gio while chuckling, Aleena responded with a relaxed smile.

"You have a boyfriend?" Aleena frowned confusedly at Gio's sudden question to her.

"No need to think about things like Al, I just don't want to be suddenly run over by your boyfriend because you went with me" Gio again chuckled at seeing Aleena's confused face for her questions.

"When I have a boyfriend, maybe I don't go with you?" Aleena said cynically.

"You've been a long time ago when it came to judes, Al" Aleena smiled wryly.

"You have a boyfriend?" Ask Aleena.

"Maybe I didn't ask to pick you up if I had a girlfriend?" Gio imitated Aleena's words by raising his eyebrows while smiling sideways.

"Well maybe-maybe Gio, can your girlfriend again have business and you don't want to go alone."

"That means there's also a possibility that dong actually you have a girlfriend?"

Aleena chipped away as Gio again turned his back on her remarks.

"Nyebelin ih Gio" Aleena said, Gio was happy to succeed in pranking Aleena who he knew as a girl who was judes and stiff.

Finally they arrived at the building where Rania's engagement took place. Aleena's heart began to beat erratically, a faint taste piercing through her heart. He hates his feeling of betrayal. At home he felt fine and strong, but why did he feel weak?

"Are you all right, Al?" Gio held onto the girl's shoulder, since then he called out to Aleena who looked dreamy while holding her chest.

"Ah yes Gio, I'm fine. I was just trying to remember something" Aleena forced her smile after jolting from her daydream.

"So we're in now?"

They both enter the luxury building where Rania and Ivan's engagement was carried out. Aleena was amazed to see the elegant decorations in the building that was already luxurious.

He looked around, it seemed that Rania was not there yet. Maybe still self-sufficient, while in front of him not so far from where Aleena stood the girl saw the figure of Mr. Ivan who turned his back on him.

The man looked so dashing in a black suit, Aleena again felt a painful beat in her chest when she realized Ivan would soon be her best friend's fiance, so forbidden to have and to hope for.

"You look like Al's shaking, your hands are cold" said Gio as he clasped Aleena's hand. The girl who felt surprised tried to let go of her hand because she felt uncomfortable.

"No need to let go Al, I know you're nervous" Aleena wanted to protest and still tried to pull his hand but Gio still did not let go even tighter grasping.

"Gio freelin ih nyebelin" lukuk Aleena because Gio did not loosen his hand grip in the slightest.

"Cie secretly you guys are dating it turns out" a bunch of pretty girls who are their high school friends came and were so excited to see Aleena coming with Gio. The furore provoked the attention of some guests.

Aleena's body felt boneless when his eyes caught the figure of Mr. Ivan who previously stood back to his back now facing him, the man's eyes look as usual looks cynical and very piercing.

Aleena misbehaved to him, the expression on the face of Mr. Ivan looks like a lover who was caught by his girlfriend was with another man. Looks like he wants to eat Aleena alive. And what Aleena did not understand why she desperately tried to release her hands from Gio, she felt like a girl who was facing her possessive boyfriend.

"How long was the courtship?" Askthem.

"We're not dating, we just happen to come together" Aleena replied, her eyes still staring at Mr. Ivan who also did not let go of his gaze on Aleena. He seemed to be explaining to Mr. Ivan so as not to misunderstand.

I don't know why his feelings are so bad. Fortunately, there was a close friend of Gio who came to shake hands until the man freed Aleena's hand from his grasp. Aleena felt a great relief, she turned to Ivan who was now smiling cynically and moved away from the place.

Aleena held onto her chest, her head feeling a little dizzy with everything she felt so strange.

"Gio I went to the toilet right away" Looks like he needs to calm down first.

"Do you want me to go to China?" bargain Gio who returned to provoke the excitement of their friends.

"No need" Aleena said as she passed, she approached the waiter who brought food and drinks to ask the direction of the toilet.

After knowing the existence of the toilet Aleena stepped quickly following the direction given by the maid, it felt like she wanted to just run away from this place. Suddenly he was sultry, Ivan always managed to mess with his heart.

Upon arrival in the toilet Aleena was glued to the mirror, looking at her now flushed face withstanding tears. He did not understand what he was feeling and what he wanted now. His feelings were so chaotic and riled up.

Ivan's gaze disturbed his mind, he tried to guess the meaning of the man's attitude. But it made his chest tight.

"Pacify yourself Aleena, don't be swayed by her attitude. Soon after this engagement, you will soon be free of these unworthy feelings.
