Four months later..

A few hours later Angga and the others said goodbye to Alena to go home, Alena just nodded her head while smiling thinly at all of them, on the way home, Angga was seen withstanding her stomach pain which was indeed opened back when Alena hugged her tightly.

"People, there's blood on the shirt!!". Shouted Indira as she looked at her brother.

"Gosh, we have to go to the hospital". Said Agatha who also saw the blood flowing in her son Angga.

"Okee baby, you guys calm down, don't panic". Vino told them.

"Yes, cassian Angga". Agatha told her husband.

"Dear, calm down, my dear". Said Vino who was driving his car fast.

"Darling, hold it". Agatha told her son.

"Yes mother". He spoke weakly to the mother.

"Kok can't it be dry yet that's his wound?". Athara asked as she looked at her twin.

"May be exposed to wind or water". Satya answered her twin.

"Heum could be a bang". Athara said to her brother.

A few minutes later they arrived at the hospital, where Bryan and Deon were talking to them but to their surprise was Angga, who had so much blood on him.

"Vin, is the stitch wound open again?". Bryan asked Vino.

"Yes Yan's rich man, try to check on him Yan". Answer to his best friend.

"Okee ready bro". Said Deon who ran towards Bryan who was going to check on Angga.

"Hopefully my brother's wounds don't open badly". Indira told them.

"Yes, I hope baby". Agatha told her daughter.

"If Alena knew for sure she'd be sad to see her brother's condition". Indira said to his mother.

"For sure dear, therefore we do not tell the condition of your brother dear". Agatha told her son.

"Okee ready mommy". Tell them to their bundes.

A few minutes later Angga finished being examined by Bryan and Deon, now they are in the room Angga because his son looks very weak, it made Agatha feel sad to see him but it instantly made Angga wipe away the tears of her mother .

"Mother, I don't papa kok don't be sad, doain aja may I always be strong yes mother". Said to the mother.

"You have to really heal, baby you don't want anything to happen to you, understand". Agatha told her son.

"Okee is ready to understand mother". Angga said to his mother.

"Hurry to heal, not you and Alena and your twin soon to be in school". Agatha told her son.

"Yes, I hope you are mother". Said Angga to his mother.

"Yeah so do not be stubborn with that brother, if told the same mother do not take a shower first yes, but you still take a shower, so the wound is long dry dear". Agatha told her son.

"Hahaha yes sorry Angga ya mother, mother Angga sleep first yes sleepy". Angga said to his mother.

A few hours later they returned home because Angga had woken up from his sleep, during the trip Angga back to sleep because it is still sleepy making others just silent because they do not want to disturb Angga rest, they thought.

A few minutes later they arrived at her residence, Agatha woke her son to get out of the car quietly, Angga was seen opening his eyes, he stared out of the windshield before finally getting off the car aided by his brothers.

"Sometimes you're nyebelin but ngangenin tau bngga bang". Indira said to her brother.

"Why really?". Angga asked slowly to his twin.

"Gapapa manganese". He answered while turning his face away.

"Aish stingy very same brother, he said there can no longer be a secret loh". Said Angga to his twin sister.

"It's different with the same brother". He told Angga.

"Hem well then". Said Angga on his twin.
