Sailing while training the Kenbunshoku Haki, Buggy began to show a slight improvement. After a few days of sailing they arrived at the island of Rusukania, despite having to face the Sea King, every Sea King who attacked the ship was always defeated Rayleigh.

When the ship is attacked Buggy is always in training so he does not know with the events. Once on Rusukania Island, Buggy gives every crew a choice where they are given a choice of staying to train or going to sail.

The majority of the crew chose to leave Rusukania Island despite being in danger, hearing their voices so round, Buggy was not angry and he had a faint smile on his face.

With a slightly hoarse voice and raucous Buggy said, “Ya...want how else...this is your decision, if later we can meet again... I'll take you guys again.” Hearing Buggy let go, the crew immediately left a well-equipped lifeboat.

Rusukaina Island is an island in the Calm Belt northwest of Amazon Lily. It is a hard island that has forty-eight seasons that change every week.

When the two of them arrived there, the weather they felt was very cold but there was no snow falling. They rushed to enter the forest and go deeper until they were in the center of the forest.

No need to wait a long time for Buggy to return to feel the hard training that Rayleigh gave. Despite having gone through training on the ship, Buggy still could not perfectly avoid every Rayleigh blow, and he was in a closed-eye condition.

Buggy's own body undergoes changes with more pronounced muscles and forms his body to become more athletic. Buggy felt that his training in three months had yielded good results, he was able to avoid the entire blow of Rayleigh in just three months, and he entered the training of the Busho-shoku Haki.

From far away they both saw a large lion running very fast, the lion roared loudly and set his eyes on Rayleigh. The lion ran towards Rayleigh and saw him as his prey.

Rayleigh easily dodged it and held the lion's claw with his bare hands, not Rayleigh's shattered hands but the lion's claws were broken.

“Yes you see Buggy.This is the power of Busho-shoku Haki, Haki who can be a shield to protect your body can also be used as your spear... This Haki is very effective when used against Logia.”-type devil fruit eaters

Buggy started his training with a passionate, affectionate spirit that disappeared after he trained for one week. Several times he complained with the weight of the training so that his body could not move at night due to being too tired.

They continued to train day and night after Buggy's body got used to the rigors of the training, several times Buggy had to vomit blood because he could not bear the weight he received and Rayleigh was not at all merciful when training him.
