"I'll make you regret dealing with me, I'm even more stupid than a snake. " Sandra muttered.

She smiled cunningly at her crazy idea, Sandra looked at Alettha who was descending downstairs towards the kitchen.Getting a glance at the pregnant woman with a cynical look, Sandra, Alettha who felt she was being watched by Sandra at once

staring Sandra.

"Why are you watching me, your rotten wits are a snake woman. " Said Alettha.

Alettha walked away from Sandra back to her room, Sandra clucking annoyed at her look. Sandra approached Alettha who was walking up straight up. It was Alettha who wanted to get past her.

"You should always suffer, you don't deserve Alettha's happiness. I'll be sure you're much more miserable than having been dumped by Alex. " She said.

Alettha who was about to reply to Sandra's words at once Sandra pushed her from the top floor and fell down, Sandra smiled to see Alettha who rolled from the steps very hard.

Sandra looked at Alettha who was unconscious and saw blood that began to reminisce from her groin, Sandra then shouted for help.

"Alettha my God Alettha. please Andre.. " Squeak Sandra.

Sandra pretended to cry while holding Alettha's head that was bleeding, as soon as everyone in the house ran to the origin of a row.

Andre and Rosa were surprised to see from the memory around Alettha, they immediately approached Alettha who was unconscious.

"Alettha dear wake up, Sandra Alettha why? " Squeaking Andre.

"Alettha fell down from upstairs, I think she was about to come down but slipped. " She said.

Andre swiftly carried Alettha to his car, accompanied by Rosa and Sandra, and they drove to the nearest hospital.

Andre drives the car at high speed, he is really worried about the state of his wife and also his future children. Blood just kept coming out of Alettha's thigh and also her head, Miss Rosa also panicked with Alettha's state of heartbreaking.

"Quick Andre mama doesn't want anything to happen to your granddaughter, her blood just keeps coming out. " Sheek ma'am Rosa.

Andre pulled his car over to the Rash of Mommy Sick, he carried Alettha in a hurry to the ER.

"Suster help my wife, she fell. " Shouted Andre.

a nurse readily took the bed and pushed her, helped by some other treatments they entered into the delivery room.

A doctor came in after he found out there was an emergency patient, andre looked at his wife sadly. He could not bear to see Alettha unconscious, Doctor came out of the maternity room with a gloomy face.

"Yes doc my husband, what about my son and wife? " Said Andre.

"I'm sorry, sir, but we have to deliver some bad news. We can only save one of them, so you have to make a decision right away. " Said the Doctor.

Collapsed Andre's defense, now the man appears to shed tears.two lives that are very meaningful in his life now he must relinquish one of them.

"Sir Andre I ask you to immediately give a decision, the patient is too critical to wait too long. " Timpal the Doctor.

"Welcome, Doc, I want my grandson to be safe. " Said Miss Rosa.

Andre immediately looked at his mother in disbelief, how could the woman he loved so quickly give a one-sided answer.

"No doctor, congratulations to your mother. I am my more valuable husband to make a decision. " Said Andre loudly.

"Can't be so Andre, however Alettha is not important you can get married again. While the grandson of the mother is more important Andre. " Say Miss Rosa did not accept.

"I've given you the answer, please do your duty doc. " Said Andre.

The doctor came in and brought Alettha back to the room, the atmosphere became so bad. Arguments Andre and his mother became increasingly bad, Rosa still blame Andre for his decision.

Sandra smiled behind her sad face, she stared at Alettha's destruction that would soon change her life.

"At least I can destroy you through your son, but it's better if you die. " Inner Sandra.

After 3 hours of waiting for Alettha to be operated on, the doctor came out with a smile on his face.

"Welcome Mr. Andre, Alettha's mother is safe and the operation is smooth. " Said the doctor.

"Thank you doc. " Answer Andre was relieved.

Alettha was transferred to the VIP room, she still looked unconscious. Andre looked at the woman who somehow explained that their child was dead.

"I'm confused Alettha, I'm confused as to what decision to make. " Say Andre kissed Alettha's hand.

The issue of happy tears and also the sorrow was so obvious in the room, Andre felt happy and also grieved.
