An Unwanted Wedding

Days changed days, now a week Viona lives in the same roof with her honey. Viona carried out her duties as usual, taking care of and accompanying grandfather at all times. Several times, Viona accidentally sees Alex making out with his new wife Jessica, even Alex treats her like a king's daughter.

"Dear morning" said Mrs Veronika kindly, while Aluna and her papa only gave a small smile.
"Eat a lot dear, this is all healthy food. Mama herself chose her vegetables" The middle-aged woman picked up some vegetables and side dishes for her daughter-in-law.
"Thank you, Mah" Jessica smiled sweetly welcoming her in-laws kindness.
"Lex, I hope you're not putting off having a child"
Uhuukkk uhuukkkk, Jessica choked on the water she had just gulped.
"Slow down his drink" said Alex, his hand sweeping Jessica's back that was still coughing. Shame or what? Jessica immediately choked when she heard her mother-in-law's words.
"I'm okay, Lex. I'll be back for a second, yeah."
"You're accompanied?"
"No, baby, I can be alone" Jessica said, holding Alex's shoulder so that her husband was not worried. "Well, Jessica went back."
Madam Veronika nodded with a smile, looking at the affection of Alex and Jessica, plus her daughter-in-law was so friendly and gentle as she spoke. Mrs Veronika is increasingly convinced Alex will live happily in the future.
"Where's my father?" veronika asked, when she saw Viona walking alone in a dinner shirt.
"Grandpa's not feeling well anymore, Grandpa asked for breakfast in the room" said Viona politely.
"What have you done until my dad gets sick, huh?" Veronika seemed to be unable to accept Viona's reply.
"Sorry, Mah. But Vio didn't do anything."
"Stop your drama, quickly bring me a meal for my papa" Veronika snapped in a slightly raised tone.
"Yes, Mah" Viona directly took the rice and side dishes for Grandpa Volcan.
While the others continued eating, as if nothing had happened, including Alex.

Viona was aghast, herself who had just finished feeding grandfather and was about to come out to think of grandfather's former meal, surprised to see Alex had been standing at the door.
For a moment the sight of the two beings who had been legitimate but had never touched was locked. Viona's heart skipped a beat as if to jump out, this was the first time she had stood in such close proximity to Alex and this was also the first time she had ever fought a panda with Alex.
"Sorry" Viona was embarrassed when she realized her actions, the girl immediately bowed her head and quickly left without saying anything.

"As you can see, son. Grandpa's fine" the old man tried to justify his position when Alex helped him.
"Say, what does grandfather want?"
"The one-on-one grandfather's wish is just to see you happy, Lex" Kekek stared fixedly at his grandson. "Last week, grandpa noticed you've been very happy with your second marriage"
Alex was silent, digesting every word of the grandfather.
"If you're sure of your choice, grandpa will be happy. Grandfather has no reason not to approve you, may you be happy always"
Alex was thrilled to hear Grandpa say, Grandpa's blessing was the happy news that Jessica wanted to hear, in her heart, Alex was eager to convey the good news to his wife.
"Grandfather is very tired, Lex. Let grandfather rest" Old man began to fix himself to sleep.
"Alright, Alex stays yes, Cake. Doctor Irwan will be here in the afternoon to check on Grandpa" Alex said, confirming grandfather's blanket.
"Alex!"
Grandpa's call stopped Alex from making an exit. The man turned around and looked back at the grandfather.
"Dad, Cake."
"Please promise Grandpa one last time"
"What's the talk of an old man? Say it! Whatever Kekek wants, Alex promises to do it all" Alex again clasps Grandpa Volcan's hand.
"Please promise not to kick Vio out of here even if Grandpa is gone, there are lives that the girl is fighting for.
Alex nodded slowly while digesting the grandfather's words. Is there a life being fought for? Could it be that Alex and everyone in her house had misjudged Viona?
