" You know that day when you asked me to marry you, I felt so proud to have a great wife like you. But I was stupid to be ashamed to admit that feeling. Maybe you've been expecting my love all along, but you know, I've been expecting that feeling, too. This morning when you said you loved me. I wanted so much to repay you. But I instead buy time until I have no chance today." Miguel said at length with tears.

So late in the sadness, Miguel had trouble regulating his breathing. Without taking off his wife's hand, Miguel wiped his tears with one hand.

" I love you." said Miguel afterwards.

" I love you, Nara" Miguel repeated his confession.

" Don't you want to hear that all along? So now get up and listen to me. I'll say it a hundred times, until you're happy." Miguel stared fixedly at his wife's face. Unable to find an answer, Miguel is increasingly plagued with pain. She cried again without a sound, but before long, her sadness turned into panic when suddenly the ICU monitor light turned on.

Beeping. Beeping. Beeping.

The sound from the ICU monitor was heard three times in a row, Miguel was scared and panicked. He did not waste a long time pressing the emergency button near his wife's gurney.

Outside, everyone was shocked to hear an emergency warning from Nauora's nursery. Everyone gets nervous and panicked.

Code blue, code blue.

A blue code of emergency warning reverberated, until shortly two doctors and several nurses arrived.

" Doctor, what happened to my daughter?" asked Mr. Dave to stop the footsteps of one of the doctors.

" The patient had complications" explained the doctor after he rushed into Nauora's room, and shortly saw Miguel who had just come out.

" What did you do to my daughter? Did you intentionally make it more critical?"

Out of the room of the wife, Miguel immediately greeted scolding streak of the father-in-law. Mr. Dave seemed to be glaring sharply at his son-in-law.

" Once, why are you guys making a noise. This is not a good time to argue. " Davis replied, mediating his father and his brother-in-law who wanted to fight a cold war.

After a while, the doctor, who had finished examining Nauora, walked out of the room. Mr. Dave, Miguel and Davis immediately approached the doctor.

" How's my brother doing?" ask Davis quickly.

" The patient had a cardiac arrest" the doctor replied, leaving the three men in front of him dumbfounded.

Cardiac arrest or sudden cardiac arrest is a condition in which the heart suddenly stops beating.

" I'm sorry, for a while you shouldn't see a patient. His condition is increasingly critical." the doctor's message before passing left the three men.

After the departure of the doctor, Mr. Dave was immediately shocked. The middle-aged man was sitting limp in the chair waiting. Davis who saw it immediately felt worried, he then approached the father.

" Dad, you better go home. I'll take care of my brother." Davis said.

" Dad can't leave, Nauora." replied Mr. Dave in a weakened voice.

" Mister Dave, Mr. Davis is right. We'd better go home." said Mr. Dave's personal bodyguard.

Mr. Dave was silent, he was unmoved. Davis immediately threw the code at his father's personal bodyguard.

" Take my father home, you go through the back gate of the hospital in front of a lot of reporters."

Davis told the burly man in front of him, before the father was taken away by the bodyguard.
