Chapter 50
Rafka and Aira had just finished their battle after Aira regained consciousness. Two humans who were both swallowed*jang behind the blanket, embraced each other affectionately. Repeatedly Rafka peeked Aira's cheeks, as an expression of her affection and longing.
"You can be here, Raf. Said you were coming home next year?" ask Aira. The woman who is no longer the girl plays her fingertips on the husband's chest.
"I'm afraid when you're bullied by a guy, I'm allowed to go home until you graduate and keep coming back. Turns out, when I was on my way you disappeared Abi said. As I tracked it, it turned out that you were here, and Abi helped me make you dive" replied Rafka. He hugged Aira tightly. He is also very grateful that he came quickly and not too late.
"Why can I be here?" Aira furrowed her brows. He tried to remember the pieces before he woke up in this hotel room.
"Where do you remember, Ay?" ask Rafka. He had not mentioned Dafa because he was afraid of Aira why.
"Last I remember, I came out of the college toilet because I was waiting for Abi to pick me up. After that I forgot." Aira was still trying to remember.
"Did you meet someone?"
"Raf, I remember the guy's shadow, but I don't remember it clearly, Raf. I can't be here with her, can I?" Aira looked at Rafka with an anxious feeling that suddenly haunted her. What if something happened between him and Dafa before Rafka came.
"You came here with him, Ay. I think he gave you war medicine*sang to trap you," said Rafka.
"I can't possibly say it's the same with him, can I, Raf? I can't be that low, Raf." Aira suddenly cries, leaving Rafka confused and finally calms Aira with her warm embrace.
"Ay, I believe you. When I open the door, you're like he's seducing her again, but I'm sure it's because of the drug guy, and I make sure he doesn't get to say anything to you." Rafka wiped away Aira's tears.
"Are you sure, Raf? I don't remember anything, I'm afraid, Rafka." Aira was still crying and Rafka continued to wipe away the tears before falling on Aira's face.
"Here, I'll see something!" Rafka asks Aira to sit down. Then, he looked for red patches that littered the white sheets on the mattress they were wearing. "I'm the first, Ay. Don't worry, because I didn't come long after you got here."
"I love you, Ay. We'll pass this by, after that I'll take you to New York."
They hugged each other. Problem after problem began to be solved, Aira also agreed to join Rafka after his graduation later.
While still hugging, Abi calls Rafka, making a tremor on the phone that forces them to let go of the hug.
"Hello, Mbing. Aira is awake? How's he doing?" asked Abi who sounded worried.
"Yes, he's awake. He's doing well" replied Rafka.
"Thank God that's it, the police asked Aira for information, can you bring her here?"
"Will I try. What, what the hell is he doing?"
"At first he didn't want to say anything, but just now he said that he entered the medicine into Aira drinks when Aira went to the toilet and his drinks in living outside in the toilet sink."
