85. Whose assignment?

Aaron got out of his car to where Bert said he was 30 minutes ago. The one thing Aaron likes about Bert and Beck is that they are always moving fast to get the word out.

The boisterous voices of the students on campus were heard as Aaron walked past the students. A cold handsome face, with a tall sturdy body made them unable to blink.

There are some people who already know if it is the husband of Azzura, but almost all of them no one knows, the relationship between Azzura and this person.

"Are you sure that crazy woman didn't bring a cabal, Bert?"

"I'm not sure, sir."

"Eishhhhh. You made my trust go away 50% Bert."

Bert shrugged both of his shoulders. He did not follow Azzura inside because he was waiting for Aaron and also Azzura not long ago would go inside. So he's not really wrong. It just might be like that. Bert is not as smart and not as close as Beck. But he's still reliable.

Aaron's big hand went into the pocket of the suit he was wearing, with a very fast movement of the firearm sleeve he pointed right towards Gardenia until a pull from Aaron's fingers made something inside the object he was holding erupted.

Azzura crouched down and directed her hand to grab Raina but Aaron pulled Azzura's hand while gesturing for Bert to jump immediately for the girl to be rescued.

"Sir ... Why are you doing this, what if something happens to Raina?"

Azzura looked at Aaron's teary eyes. Bert is trying to take Rania to the edge of the pool, but he does not know if his best friend will be okay or not.

"Hmmm. Take him to the police station. Don't let him get away. We should've imprisoned him a long time ago."

Beck nodded in understanding. He dragged Gardenia from the pool arena to get out of there. Beck is better than Bert. He can make people on campus that no one comes to the pool area to maintain the image of his boss.

"You will die at my hands" Gardenia muttered silently. A grin appeared on the woman's face.

Azzura could see the sharp gaze Gardenia showed him. She desperately wanted to sink Gardenia into the pool, but she could not do so for humanitarian reasons. A bullet lodged in his knee was enough. Azzura knew Gardenia's career ended here, she who works as a dance instructor would not be able to live her job again after all this. Gardenia will be handicapped for life.

Azzura rubbed the corner of her eye when she saw Bert was trying to give Rania CPR, but just as she wanted to get close to those people, Aaron suddenly pulled on her waist making their lips meet.

The physical touch that Aaron gave her made Azzura shed tears.
