"So how's Mr Ustadz? I have succeeded in catching the pickpocket, may be my blessing to establish love with the father" said Lio while raising his eyebrows.

It seems that now Lio has a new habit that is really fun that is judging and tempting Mr. Judge who incidentally father of the Queen, the girl who is always present in his memory these few days. The judge glared in disbelief at what Lio said.

"Lock, don't expect you to be able to get close to my son" the Judge exclaimed with an angry look at Lio.

"We'll see who will win" Lio challenged in his style.

Without even hinting at Lio's increasingly original remark, the Judge walked away from the young man's presence. He even forgot the boy who had been a pickpocket. Residents around who had been chasing also seemed to forget because they were busy with the owner of a wallet containing a piece of money a thousand. Lio turned her body so much that it appeared that the boy was still bowing his head.

"Why can you pickpocket? Where the nyopetnya wrong people again" said Lio while chuckling softly.

"Adin needs money to go to the puskesmas because Adin's mother is sick. Adin has worked but the money is not enough" said the boy named Adin.

Lio felt stunned by what happened to this child in front of him. This makes him grateful if all this time his life is always enough. Thanks to his grandfather, his life was never short of. In the recesses of his heart, he felt guilty to his grandfather who had difficulty financing his life but he was even naughty often did not obey his orders.

"If so let's take your mother to the puskesmas. Let brother help finance later" said Lio with a slightly hoarse voice.

Lio felt filled with the struggle of this boy to finance the cost of puskesmas until willing to pickpocket. Although the way was wrong but he appreciated the persistence of the boy. Lio also asked permission to go home for a while to take the wallet because it was in a hurry to not have time to bring it.

Before long, Lio returned to meet Adin who was now sitting near the village hall while playing her tiny fingers. He immediately took Adin's hand to show him the way to his house. They walked through the market, apparently the location of the house was behind him. The environment is so shabby because it is near the garbage disposal, even Lio has to withstand the nausea due to the smell so delicious.

"Mother, let's go to the puskesmas" asked Adin who ran into a wooden plywood walled house.

Lio peeked a little into the house so that he could see how it was. Lio really felt sorry for Adin and her mother's life because the house was so narrow. Even if he entered and the backrest on his wall might collapse. Again he felt grateful for his life that was far from lack.

Adin helps her mother to get out of the small house. Lio immediately carried him because when he was swept by Adin, he saw the condition of the mother was really weak. Feeling sorry, Lio will carry the mother until the puskesmas. At first Adin refused because it was not good with Lio who had helped him but the man was so stubborn and did not bother with the rejection of the boy.

***

Quite a long time Lio walked to the puskesmas which is a distance from Adin's house. Even now his face was sweaty because the sun was so hot. But this does not dampen his steps to help others. At least the image here is not as bad as it was in the city before.

"Din, find a medic to bring a gurney here" Lio said.

"Cocontainly alone? Where would your mother be taken if no medics explained?" said Lio while laying Adin's mother on top of the gurney.

"They are busy, he said" Adin replied honestly.

Lio clenched both of his hands tightly as he knew the veiled intent of the sentence spoken by the medic. Even in this puskesmas only a few people are seen pacing back and forth which means that there are not many patients. There are even medics who come in and out with food.

Looks like Lio knows the reason the medics won't help Adin with the gurney. Adin's very shabby clothes and appearance are the main factor. They think that Adin will seek treatment here by asking for a fee waiver. It was not that he wanted to suudzon the same people, but Lio already recognized people like this in a big city.

"Yes, let's push this gurney into the ER room there" said Lio trying to neutralize his emotions.

Adin who was a child certainly did not understand the nature of such people and Lio tried to understand it. They both immediately pushed the gurney owned by Adin's mother towards the ER room that Lio had seen earlier. Once there, there were no medics or anyone they could call for help.

"God.." muttered Lio softly as he sighed.

"Adin wait for mom here, let brother who seek help" he said.

Adin nodded his head then Lio immediately stepped her feet towards the registration room. Unfortunately, Lio hit the registration table there. There were even some officers who stood guard by gossiping with each other but when Adin came to ask for help he said he was busy.

"Hey... You don't see anybody dying in the ER? Want to eat your blind paychecks? Work is not a rumor" Lio joked.

Seeing Lio's ferocious face, some female officers were frightened. Especially from Lio's clothes which seemed like the young man before them was not a random person. Because Lio now uses clothes when he first entered this village.

Even Lio purposely pointed towards them with his finger. Soon they moved to go to the ER in order to help the administrative process. Lio also followed them in quick steps so that Adin would not be insulted again.

"Quick.." he jolted.

Some medics immediately contacted the doctor and asked for information from Adin. It is seen that the unwavering look emanates from their faces when they are close to Adin and her mother. Even Adin was uncomfortable because he continued to be stared cynically by the medics. If they were not afraid of Lio, they would have kicked Adin out.

Indeed, in this health care place many complain about the service that is not good. Even only certain people who can enter this puskesmas if sick. If sick, the local people choose to buy drugs in the stalls rather than here.
