Chapter 9: Meeting Rain and Dew

Rain stared at the towering building in front of him, sighed softly before finally choosing to pull a suitcase and enter the apartment building owned by his mother's neighbors as well as his favorite onty named Mina. Yes, Rain had arrived in Jogjakarta alone, his parents did not deliver because he was still busy with work.

Entering the apartment unit that he will be left behind, and already know the key password of the apartment unit door from the mother, Rain was then seen exploring every corner of the room there. He jumped onto the couch, straightening his achy legs after sitting for about an hour on the plane.

"Ahh .. tired." Rain stretched his waist.

At the same time Jojo and Dewun also just arrived in front of the same apartment unit, both of them immediately entered and opened the door because they also knew the password of the apartment.

However, Jojo and Dewun were surprised when they saw Rain who was leisurely lazing on the sofa.

"Eh, who are you?" ask Dew with a snapping tone. "Why can it be here, huh? This is our place!" Dew directly cursed Rain, not giving the man a chance to speak.

"Eh, I-i-i! It's my apartment!" Rain defended himself.

"Have a son! This is our apartment, you know! Don't you get lost, yeah!" accuse Bening.

"Your word is yes. Who are you? come play accuse!" Rain did not want to give up on the girl who was one year younger than him.

Jojo, who heard the two teenagers fighting, was confused. Until finally the woman chose to mediate, asking Dewun and Rain to sit on a single sofa that was blocked by the table.

Dew still looked suspiciously at Rain, the young man did the same. The two gave each other piercing gazes.

"So you have permission to stay here?" jojo asked slowly after asking Rain who he was and how he got in there.

"Yes, if not how do I get in, Auntie." Rain answered politely when Jojo asked her to speak.

"Aunties, I'm your mother's sister!" the Dew Sibir with his hands folded to the front of his chest, while squinting at Rain.

Rain was eager to curse, but he remembered having to be polite to women, as papa and his mother had taught him. What else there is a figure of Jojo who is very friendly to him, different from Dewun jutek.

"I'll try to call my mom first, Auntie." Rain rushed to his feet and tried to contact his mother Bianca.

Rain turned to look at Jojo and Dewun, waiting for the mother to confirm the matter of the residence to Mina.

"Hello dear, there's a problem about where we live. Can you ask Nic about this?" jojo asked when Axel answered his call. Jojo also explained about Rain's whereabouts there, until Axel said that he would try to contact Nic first and would immediately give news.

Rain sat back with Jojo and Dewun, the three sat without a sound, only Dew clucked many times because he felt Rain was just making up to be able to stay there.

Moments later, Jojo receives a call from Axel, her husband explaining that Mina allows her neighbor's son to live there and Nic does not know about it.

Rain is also the same, his mother Bianca contacted and said that Nic had allowed his friend's wife and daughter to live there without Mina's knowledge.

Rain looked at Jojo who had just finished contacting Axel, then handed the phone to the woman. "My mom wants to talk to Auntie" Rain said.

Jojo frowned, but still politely accepted and answered Bianca's call. Jojo doesn't talk much, only listens to Bianca and occasionally nods his head.

"Yes – well, I understand. You don't have to worry."

Rain receives Jojo's mobile phone back, with curiosity Rain emboldens to ask, "How's Aunt? What did my mom say?"

"It's because of the miscommunication between Nic and Mina, aunty did not expect that you turned out to be their neighbor.” Jojo thinned his lips. “How's Segara and Blue?”

“They're good,” replied Rain.

“So this is Rain, Mama you asked Auntie to help you until she found a place to stay for you. So, the point is we're gonna stay all three for some time." Jojo explained what he was talking about with Bianca earlier.

"What?" Dew looks surprised, his mouth gasps as if it does not accept. While Rain could only be speechless, lamenting his nasals who seemed to be getting more and more unlucky.
