Manila and Lee have now arrived at the mental hospital where Lee's siblings are being treated.

Lee stepped inside the hospital with his hands clutching Manila.

"Lee, do you come here often?" tanya Manila began her conversation.

"It depends, but sometimes I always try to keep myself coming here" Lee replied.

And not for long. Manila and Lee have now arrived and are in front of the door of the room where Lee's brother is in care.

"Let's go in." take Lee along while opening the door to the room.

Manila nodded and followed Lee from behind.

Inside that room. There was a long-haired beautiful girl who was silently staring blankly towards the front.

"Sofia .." call Lee who immediately hugged his sister while crying.

Lee took off a hug and immediately kissed Sofia on the forehead.

"I'm sorry, Brother, that you rarely see you lately." Lee hugged his sister again.

Manila could only be speechless watching Lee who continued to cry while hugging his sister.

A nurse came with a lunch trolley to Lee and Manila.

"Good day, Mr. Lee. Sorry, it's time for the patient to have lunch" the nurse said.

Lee nodded and immediately picked up the bowl of porridge along with his spoon.

"Let me be a nurse." asked Lee and the Sister to nod.

Slowly and attentively. Lee scoops the porridge in the bowl and feeds it to Sofia.

Not as usual. Now Sofia kept her mouth shut and refused to accept the bribe of porridge from Lee.

"Honey .. let's eat the porridge first." Lee tries to persuade Sofia.

But Sofia remained silent and closed her mouth.

Lee put down his porridge bowl and gently rubbed Sofia's hair.

Lee looked sadly at Sofia who was still daydreaming with her blank look.

"Sister, Sofia misses Brother a lot." Sofia hugged Manila.

Manila rounded her eyes in shock at Sofia's change in him.

"Sister, I want to go home. They were always mean to me. They always hurt me." said Sofia, pointing to the doctor who had just come to check on her.

Lee and Manila turned to look at the doctor who was preparing a sedative for Sofia with his syringe.

"Sorry Mr. Lee. We have to give the patient a sedative. Because it's worried that the patient can't rest and will go berserk" said the mental hospital doctor and made Sofia more trembling in fear.

"Just do what you think is Doctor's best." replied Lee.

Sofia continued to scream terrified screams and hide behind Manila's back.

Lee turned and continued to cry feeling unbearable to see the situation that befell his sister.

"Suster, please hold the pliers and legs of the patient" the doctor told several nurses.

Some of the sisters nodded and immediately held Sofia's hands and legs so as not to rebel.

Sofia continues to rebel kicking nendang towards the Sister and Doctor who will inject her and spontaneously membuata Manila growled and clenched her hands.

The doctor and several sisters stopped and looked towards Manila.

Sofia got off the hospital and hid behind Manila's back.

Manila now turned and hugged trying to calm Sofia down.

"Darling, no one dares hurt you again. Brother promised you." said Manila and Sofia was now crying in Manila's arms.

"Sister, Sofia wants to go home. Sofia doesn't want to be here anymore." Sofia asked with a trembling body in fear.

"You want to go home?" manila asked and Sofia nodded her head.

"But Sofia has to make a promise with Big Brother first. Later, at home Sofia should not be naughty and must obey Big Brother and Sister Lee." pinta Manila and Sofia.

"I yes, Sofia Promise. Sofia won't be naughty anymore." Sofia raised her hand of promise to Manila.

Manila looked towards Lee who had been watching the two of them.

"Lee, we have to get Sofia out of here." Manila said.

Lee sighed and exhaled slowly.

"Alright, but first I have to talk to the doctor about this" Lee replied.

"There's nothing to talk about here!" Manila was angry.

"Let's go home right now." Manila leads Sofia to leave Lee still silent with the Doctor and some of her sisters.

Lee turned to the doctor.

"I'm sorry Doctor. I ...," Lee did not continue his words because he felt bad.

"It's okay, Mr. Lee. It looks like Sofia found a suitable friend and was expected to be a healing companion for her." replied the Doctor.

"I mean Doctor?" Lee was still confused.

The doctor held Lee's shoulder and gave her a smile.

"Thank you Doctor, you've allowed my sister to come home" Lee said.

And now Lee ran out of the room after Manila and Sofia who had stepped ahead of him.

Temporary. Manila is seen leading Sofia and taking her to where Lee's car is parked.

Manila continued to invite her to speak so that her mood turned calm.

"Well, we've arrived" Manil told Sofia.

From a distance Manila had seen Lee running towards him.

No words came out of Lee's mouth. He prefers to open the car door immediately so that Manila and Sofia immediately enter it.

In the car. Manila is now sitting in the back with Sofia. Lee sat in front as the driver.

"Let's go, baby, we have to go home" Manila told Lee.

"Ready boob." Lee stepped on his gas pedal and slowly left the mental hospital area.

All the way back to Lee's residence. Every now and then Lee steals a look at Manila who continues to comfort Sofia from her rearview mirror.

Sofia now does not look tense and frightened anymore like when she was in a mental hospital.

Lee refocused on the streets that passed by him.
