Delisha pinched Devan's arm, she was anxious with her husband.
They finally went back to the hotel, to clean themselves first and then they would have dinner.

Devan and Delisha have returned to the hotel after dinner, they eat according to the wishes of Delisha seafood menu, besides Devan does like the menu so Devan happily obeyed Delisha's will.

Maybe Devan also felt the same way because of Delisha's pregnancy which he did not know.
