Behind the Loss of the Moon

Behind the Loss of the Moon
Part 16 [Mama's Word]

Wednesday in the second hour is a sports lesson. Thank goodness today the sky is friendly with us. There is no scorching solar heat, but it is also cloudy, with additional clumping clouds forming beautiful abstract patterns.

What a beautiful creation of God.

Me and the other friends warm up first before doing core sports. Volly.

I glanced to the left, there was Safa, who slowly shifted her standing closer to me.

shhh...

shhh...

At first glance I turned to Safa, who had issued a code to me.

"What?" my question, without sound.

Safa, pointing using the chin. On the side of the field there are basketball children who are resting, one of them is, Abin.

"Continue?" I asked, again without a sound.

"Gue, pay attention from earlier Brother Abin, ngeliatin elo, mulu deh. Don't-don't, she has a crush on you," Safa, whispered to me.

"Don't fuck around, lo. There will be many people here, maybe it just so happens that the person Kak Abin sees, is around me," I replied, in a whisper.

"Flame.... "

"Safa, what's important until you whisper while the lesson is going on?" ask, Mr. Yadi—our sports teacher.

Safa, speechless hearing the rebuke from, Mr. Yadi. "I'm sorry, sir." said Safa.

"Zura, there's something as important as what Safa told you in the middle of this hour of study?" Mr. Yadi, change to reprimand me.

I'm down. Shame when all eyes were on us. Including the view of Abin.

"Sorry, sir." Only, that's all I can say. No, maybe if I had to tell what we were talking about in public, especially Abin, as the person who was the title of our chat.

"Both of you, run around the field two princesses!" final, Mr. Yadi.

I glanced at Safa, for a moment. Giving him a sign of protest because of all this he started.

"Ouch! pegel, that's a foot. It could be, Mr. Yadi his eyes are very tajem, even though he is old too," grutu, Safa entered his house. "Ekh, from the smells I know, the fragrance rendang. This, of course Mama, cook my favorite rendang," he continued, excited.

"Mama ... Mama's son, the prettiest one home!" safa shouted, entering the kitchen.

"The behavior of girls today, going home instead of saying hello, even shouting is not clear" muttered, Buk Lani while shaking her head.

"Well, the rendangnya much, ouch!" yelling, Safa because, Buk Lani hit his hand that was about to pluck the rendang on the plate.

"Change clothes, same hand wash first Adek!" Safa, whining when reprimanded, Mama.

Safa Oktaviani, or what we often call Safa, is the youngest of three children. At home, Adek is a nickname for her. Although the youngest child, and more likely to be spoiled when at home, but in fact the nature of its efficacy was never carried away to school or when he played with his friends.

At school, or while hanging out, he tends to be independent and always reliable, Safa can even be a good listener when others need a place to tell stories.

"OKAY. Safa, change your clothes first Ma, but rendangnya sisain for Safa, yes!" say, Safa.

"Yes, adek. Basic, fanatic rendang," murmured, Mama Safa, when her youngest child went into the room.

It didn't take long for Safa, to change clothes, maybe only about five minutes. Of course, the cause is because the shadow rendang has been dancing in his head.

"Ma, ko, the rendition was a little, wasn't it a lot?" tanya, Safa when she saw there was only a plate of rendang at the dining table.

Rendi's brother, is the second brother, Safa, who is studying in the city of bogor. Meanwhile, his first brother, Rama is married, and lives in the city of Bekasi.

Safa, shake. "Adek, want to go to Zura's house, aja deh. Adek, tired of traveling tomorrow must be school," said Safa.

"Yaudah, but you have to ask permission first with aunt Mayang, if it is approved by Mama, permission to stay there," said Lani—Mama, Safa.

"Definitely approved by dong Ma, Adek'kan already rich children to his third aunt Mayang," said Safa full of confidence.

Lani, who saw the high confidence of her youngest child, could only smile, shaking her head.

For a moment it was just the sound of a spoon, and a fork dominating the dining room, until one thought suddenly flashed through the mind, Safa.

"Ma?" safa asked, hesitating.

Lani, just cleared her throat in response.

"Mama, have you known your aunt, Mayang?" ask, Safa again.

Lani, back to nod. "Well, ever since you got to know eSDe, Mama knew Mayang, we used to talk a lot while waiting for you, with Zura, at school," said Lani after swallowing her last feed. "Why the hell, ko, tumben you nanyain about aunt, Mayang?"

"Mama, surely you know his brother Zura, Brother Moon?" ask Safa again.

"Famous ko, Mama had met Moon, several times, she's a friendly child, polite too," replied, Lina.

"Mama, you know what, actually Kak Bulan, where is the lecture?" tanya, Safa finally.

Lani, instantly speechless. He, just realized where exactly the direction of the youngest child's conversation was.

"Mama, don't know Deck," replied, Lina hurriedly moved out of her chair.

"Ma, wait a minute, Adek'kan has not finished nanyanya!" whining, Safa.

With half a forced finally Lani, sat back down. "You, ko tumben nanyain about, Moon?" turn, Lani asked.

"Safa, I love the horror of Zura, the story of his brother. Kak Bulan, has not been home for a long time, as a sister, surely Zura, kangen with his brother. Moreover, his parents never gave a definite answer about Kak Bulan," said Safa Long.

"Dek, Mama's advice, you don't interfere too much with Zura's family affairs, Mama knows if you are sad to see your friend sad, but as an outsider, Mama knows, it's not your right to know about the Moon" Safa, speechless.

"But, Ma ...," said Safa cut off.

"Mama, ngeti you're kasian. Actually, there was something in Zura's family, and Mama, you know what it was. "Zura, you're going to talk again, but Lani came back ahead. "Mama, you only know half the story, so Mama, you won't, and you can't, if Zura, should know that, should be straight from her parents, she said, not from us outsiders. Adek, understand'kan mean, Mama?" Safa, nod slowly.

His mother's words continued to spin on Safa's head, like a broken cassette, even until dawn had arrived.

Safa, understand very well what the words of his mother mean, but half of him also revolted because of pity on the friend, plus curiosity also gnawed at him, too, for the mother never ends up giving the answer that she, and Zura, have been looking for.
