Chapter 53 - Still Escaping

Despite being out of the nightclub, Gusti and his friends still have to run. That's because there's a cop chasing them.

Widy tried to run as hard as she could. Honestly speaking, he had trouble keeping up with Gusti's and Eagle's speed.

"You can slow down? I'm tired!" complained Widy.

"You can't be tired now!" sahut Eagle who still drags Widy to keep running.

"We better find a safe place to hide!" gusti's proposal in a state of bad breath.

"Gusti's right, El! It's better than just running." Widy agrees with Gusti.

The eagle did not answer. He looked back. How shocked the Eagle was when he saw the number of police chasing increased.

"I don't think I can! Run us too slow! And there's three cops chasing us!" exclaim Eagle.

Hearing the Eagle's words, Gusti and Widy looked back. It turned out to be true what that fat-haired guy said. They try to run faster.

Gusti became the one who ran first. He subconsciously led his two friends to a dead end.

"Damn!" The eagle cussed when he saw the dead end.

"Come here!" Gusti quickly led the Eagle and Widy into hiding. Incidentally on the road there is a big garbage dump.

As a result of feeling desperate, Gusti and his friends had no choice but to hide in a garbage can. They cover each other's bodies as much as possible.

Just finished hiding, the police arrived. They are certainly confused to see the person being chased suddenly disappear.

"They could be hiding around here!" a policeman with a thick mustache. He was accompanied by his two partners. They searched the place to do the search.

Gusti's heart and friends feel like they want to be dislodged. The police can't be fooled that easily.

"Damn it! They're looking for us!" whispered an anxious Widy.

"We can't seem to keep quiet like this" said the Eagle.

"Then, this is how it is. I'll get their attention. You and Widy can go first. Go to the north side. I know there's a train track. We meet there!" The eagle proposed his plan.

"Then you?" ask Widy. Not parting with the eagle.

"Trust me. It's not the first time I've been in this situation" said the eagle.

Somehow Gusti and Widy reflex exchanged glances. Both of them felt that there was something suspicious about the figure of the Eagle. Although they already knew the Eagle, but the man still felt mysterious.

"All right then. Anyway I can't stand this stench anymore" Gusti said.

Eagle nodded. He covered his face just in case. He was forced to use the plastic that was in the trash.

Widy's hand is now moving to Gusti. At the right time, the Eagle came out of hiding while coughing.

"That's it!" police screeches.

The eagle ran too. All the police were chasing him. It was then that Gusti and Widy came out of hiding. The escape of the two went smoothly until arriving near the train tracks.

Gusti and Widy were exhausted, falling to the ground. They lay on the dried grass.

"Did the Eagle succeed?" ask Widy. He and Gusti were busy controlling the breath.

"I hope so. He seemed to be very experienced," Gusti responded.

"You're right. Isn't that weird? Do you remember what he said?"

"Yes. This isn't the first time he's faced this situation."

"Do you think he's a professional criminal?" Widy was very curious as to who the Eagle really was.

Along with that, there was the sound of a carriage coming from a distance. Gusti and Widy immediately changed positions to sit.

"Buddies!" there was an eagle screaming from behind. Gusti and Widy turned their heads. Eagles were seen running towards them. But behind the man were two police officers who were chasing.
