Being a Husband

Meyla's parents soon approached her daughter.

"Meyla, can you walk, son?"

Meyla smiled hearing that, also nodding her head.

"Yes, Ma. Meyla is learning to walk with this prop, Ma. Meyla's husband advises against dependence on a wheelchair, so in this way Meyla gets used to walking, Ma." Meyla answered, and glimpsed her husband.

"I'm just trying to help Meyla so she can walk, Ma, Pa. You see, if it comes to dependence on a wheelchair, fear will be lazy to start getting used to walking." Timpal Daniel spoke up.

Both of Meyla's parents are embarrassed to learn how responsible Daniel is to his daughter.

"Thank you, Daniel. Forgive us for misunderstanding you, it turns out you're a responsible husband." Meyla's father replied that there was shame in her daughter-in-law.

"Yes, son Daniel, we're sorry for prejudging you from the start." Timpal's mother Meyla who also apologized like Meyla's father.

"It's okay, I understand it. Oh yes, please sit down, Ma, Pa. Sorry, I haven't sat down yet." Daniel answered and asked to sit down with his mother-in-law and father-in-law.

"Thank you." Answer Meyla's parents and sit down.

Daniel himself helped his wife to sit carefully. After that, not long after, Mbak Nana came with a drink with a snack.

"Please drink, Pa, Ma. Sorry, the snacks are what they are." Say Daniel kindly and as much as possible be polite.

"When we came here, Papa and Mama just wanted to see how you were doing. You two don't know each other yet, afraid that something might make you misunderstand." Answer father.

"Yes, Son. Mama and Papa are just worried, afraid that there is something outside imagined. So, Mama and Papa came here to see the relationship between the two of you. But it turns out you two are fine, Mama both Papa trusts you both." His mother timpal spoke.

"Same Papa need not worry, Meyla is safe in this house. Also, all the work is already in charge. Meyla's job in this house is just to learn to walk, therapy, and enjoy her daily life in this house." Daniel replied, Nothing is covered.

"Thank you so much, my dear Daniel, you have treated Meyla well. Forgive us for bothering you, as well as Meyla's stubbornness." Said Meyla's mother who realized that her daughter did have a stubborn nature.

"It's normal for women to meet people they don't know, Ma. Meyla will soon be used to living in this house." Daniel answered so casually, to the point of being impatient because of the fun of chatting until almost past the break.

Meyla's parents, who did not want to disturb her daughter's break with her daughter-in-law, finally chose to resign, namely to leave home and do not want to disturb the break. Daniel agreed, and his wife's parents rushed to leave his daughter-in-law's house.

After Meyla's parents left, Daniel drove her mother-in-law to the front of the house. Meyla was waiting for him in the living room, because it was not possible to take her father and mother to the front of the house.

"Son Daniel, we'll leave Meyla with you. Thank you for treating Meyla so well." Said Meyla's father before getting into the car.

"Yes, Pa, I'll treat Meyla well. In any case, Meyla has become my full responsibility. Dad, Mom doesn't have to worry." Daniel replied as best as possible, of course, so as not to give disappointed to his wife's parents.

"Then we go home, greetings to Meyla. Good night, see you again. If you and Meyla want to come home, just come. Papa's house is wide open for you with Meyla." Said the father-in-law, Daniel smiled and nodded.

"Yes, Pa, sometime if there is free time, will play to Papa's house." Answer Daniel.

"Yes, Papa's coming home." Said father-in-law.

Daniel assented.

"Be careful on the way, Ma, Pa." Answer Daniel.

After that, Daniel went back into the house. When he was in the living room, there was no wife.

"Where's Meyla? no, not in the living room." Daniel muttered when he did not find his wife in the living room.

"May! Meyla! where are you, Me-meyla."

Daniel again played down the sound when he called him in a loud enough voice, and he saw the wife walking in the family room back and forth to and fro.
