Being Bothered By Little Sister

Being Bothered By Little Sister
Looking for a Mysterious Mastermind

Rey's suspicions as a student labelled monster are almost gone though not completely. Ironically, Rey's judgment has been saved due to her own ridiculous behavior. I don't know why Nita could believe so easily by the strange reason Rey said.

On Mondays, the hours of study at the academy are much less than on any other day. By day, the class was over. Rey, Ersa, Kelly and Amasa decide to go to the library and talk about something strange happening in the Flores forest.

Upon arrival, the seats available in the library were almost full. Students in the academy tend to be mostly diligent in reading, because the library is one of the facilities of the academy that is always a lot of people.

Then they occupy a table in the corner with enough seats for the four.

"Ga think we'll have a written test again." Ersa was sitting next to Rey.

"Have you studied well?." Ask Amasa to Ersa.

"Of course, I'm learning every day. How about you Kell?."

"I barely have time to study, but I'm sure my grades won't be too bad." Kelly said confidently.

"My assessment of people who wear glasses has decreased." Rey's ejek to Kelly.

Stigma in the community states that people who wear glasses are intelligent and love to read, unfortunately this does not apply to Kelly.

In response, Kelly pointed her middle finger at Rey who had mocked her.

"I have important things to talk to you guys about." Say it seriously.

"What's up?." Ersa asked who was worried.

"It's about the map I used to find the Dimension item back then."

Hearing Amasa's problem, Rey immediately remembered the awkwardness that occurred on the map. The awkwardness in question is about the path marker that leads to the Dimension item, the person who first realized the strangeness was Rey.

"That time you told Rey that, apart from us, no one had ever visited the Flores forest. That means the directions made on the map are fake."

To make a marker path, of course, someone must make observations first before being listed on a map.

The logic was how the mapmaker was able to create a sign that ensured that there were Dimension items in the Flores forest. Therefore, Amasa thinks that there has been a contradiction because of Rey's statement.

"Where did you get that map Amasa?." Ask Ersa curiously.

"From the 2nd after the magical training in the academy, as you know I was a little curious about how Rey could use teleportation magic and concluded that she might use a Dimension item. Then I went to the library on the bookshelf section of the history category...."

Amasa continued his explanation.

"....There I saw a book about an Abyss creature that was said to have magical abilities like Rey, teleportation. He was defeated by a legendary demon named Cerberus, then the Abyss turned into an item that as we know it, the Item Dimension. But in the book there is no mention of where the item is."

"I think only Centaurs belong to legendary demons, it turns out there are also others." Rey interrupts Amasa's explanation.

"There are 8 legendary stealth if from the books I read as a child, namely Chimera, Medusa, Centaur, Cerberus, Cyclop, Pegasus, Minotaur, and Hydra. Then their leader or commonly called the leader of the demon race, Tartarus." Kelly replied excitedly.

"Don't underestimate the knowledge of people saying you know!." Said Kelly while tidying up the position of her glasses.

"Then I found a paper on the last page of his book, which was a map that gave clues about the existence of Dimension items."

"So from the book apparently. Then it's the wrong library." Ersa's words of curiosity have been answered.

"It's not that simple as the problem. If the assumption is based on library error, then the credibility of all the books here need to be questioned validity."

All the knowledge studied and attached to the book, of course, has been tested for truth. Then it is impossible that there is a book whose every sentence does not contain the truth, at least that is what Rey thinks considering this is an academy that upholds scholarship.

"True, it turns out I'm less observant in observing the problem." Ersa said in a sad tone.

"I'm not saying you're wrong, but every statement should have a solid foundation and everything should be assumed to be the most correct." Rey advises Ersa.

Then Amasa took out a map from his bag and displayed the map on the table.

"Is there anything strange about this map in your opinion?."

Kelly Dan Ersa is confused while analyzing, but Amasa looks at Rey with a smile.

"So you know something?." Ask Rey.

"Opt more or less so."

Amasa, Ersa and Kelly are surprised to see Rey who has come to a conclusion very quickly just by looking at it.

"Can you present what the awkwardness is?." Amasa asked curiously to Rey.

"As you said, this map is located on the end page of the book section. No, rather, behind the book. Meaning based on your statement, this map is the end or end of the book you read. But if you look closely, there's no tear on the side of the paper on the map." Rey replied while showing her the side of the paper.

Amasa smiled at Rey's reply as if she had predicted it.

"So it can be concluded, that this map is not part of the book that has been read by Amasa, but deliberately inserted by whom. Don't you?." Rey asked Amasa with an arrogant posture.

"Truely, you are a genius no doubt. Your estimate fits my thinking. Because if this map really goes in the pages of the book, then there should be a tear on the side of the paper."

Imagine if someone wants to steal the pages of the book that are fused, then he is forced to cut or tear the paper. Then the trail will be clearly visible that the paper is really part of the book.

While the map that gave information about the existence of dimension items, on each side there were no signs related to tearing. So the map and the history book are separated but deliberately inserted by people.

"So someone's trying to frame us, huh?." Ersa asked reaching the conclusion of this discussion.

"True, someone who is very smart of course and knows about our condition. This mastermind must be hard to find, even I can't think of a single person who arranged all this." Said Amasa with a tone of admiration.

The susana between them is shrouded in a cloud of confusion, so who is the mastermind trapping and pitting them against the legendary demon?, waiting for the next chapter.
