Nadhif stopped behind a tree that was enough to cover his body. His current position was close to Hanum and Una who were slightly in front of the tree.
From this distance, at least Una could hear their conversation.
"Mother" called Hanum to Una who was standing behind her wheelchair.
"Yes my son" replied Una. The woman changed positions to rest in front of Hanum.
"Is it tonight that you're working again?" ask Hanum slowly.
Una fell silent. Should he leave tonight? Should she return to serve her husband for now? His son needed his presence. But, if he does not serve Nadhif, Una is afraid that Nadhif will play with other women.
"How does Hanum want it?" ask Una.
Hanum wants me here with Hanum. Inner Hanum looked at Una.
The boy smiled looking at Una. "Mom just go to work. After all, I work to make money for Hanum. So, it's okay if Mom works tonight again. Later if you do not work, Mr. Nadhif can be angry right, Mom," Hanum replied with a smile.
Nadhif who had heard from behind clenched his hand. You made me the reason for your job to lie to your son, Una. Inner
Nadhif suppressed all his emotions.
Una smile. "For tonight, I'm off, son. I'll be with Hanum" said Una.
Hanum's smile grew wider. "Really, Mom?" tanya Hanum made sure that it was directly carried by Una.
"Ec ... Son," call Una a little agitated.
"Yes Ma'am" replied Hanum.
"Mom's gonna go to the toilet for a second, okay?" ask Una.
Hanum nodded. "Mom go, come back here again, yes," replied Hanum who was directly participated by Una.
"Hanum don't go anywhere and don't get out of the wheelchair before you come, yes," Una said.
"Ready, my Queen Mother," Hanum replied in a respectful manner to a queen.
After making sure Hanum was completely alone, Nadhif came out of hiding and tried to walk closer to Hanum.
With a charming smile, Nadhif immediately rested in front of Hanum.
"Hi" said Nadhif with a smile on his lips.
Hanum's eyes rounded funny, until finally the boy lowered his head after seeing who had come.
"Don't be angry, sir," said Hanum, afraid of a troubled heart. She was afraid, Nadhif would be angry at her for not being at home.
Nadhif smiled, even though his heart was not willing to see this kind of frightened Hanum. "Didn't Hanum want to see Papi?" ask Nadhif.
Hanum. Not long after that the boy raised his head and looked at Nadhif in disbelief. Really this? The Nadhif he used to call Papi and was being so kind to him has returned?
"Hanum did not dare" Hanum said after realizing his delusion. He should be aware of his position as Nadhif's auxiliary son, not as his stepson.
"The fire came to see Hanum" Nadhif said.
"Can Hanum really call Papi again?" ask Hanum.
"If it's just the two of us, Hanum can call Papi. But, if there's a Hanum Mother call Mr, yes," Nadhif said.
Not without reason, if Una knew Nadhif was acting like this to Hanum, then the woman would feel victorious and increasingly become, Nadhif thought.
Hanum nodded obediently with a smile on his face. Whatever the conditions, at least he can return to play with Nadhif later.
"Is this sick?" tanya Nadhif sanguily pointed at Hanum's hands and feet that looked swollen.
"really?" ask Nadhif again.
Hanum nodded. "Even Hanum has been sicker than this, Papi. But it has to be arrested" Hanum said.
"Where's the pain, son?" tanya Nadhif is worried.
"Here, Papi," pointed Hanum at his chest which made Nadhif speechless.
"Bound the bastard child, the more severe the pain, Papi," continued Hanum lirih.
DEG
Nadhif's heart beat fast hearing Hanum's words. All this time, it was his mouth that spoke like that. Is that really giving Hanum tremendous pain?
"But now Hanum was no longer worried about being called an illegitimate child. Because Hanum can answer with confidence that Hanum has Papi," said Hanum cupped Nadhif's cheek with his tiny hand.
You managed to become a mother with your excellent upbringing, Una. I admit it. But you failed at being a woman. Inner Nadhif looked at Hanum fixedly.
"Hanum," call Nadhif slowly.
"Yes Papi" replied Hanum.
"Wouldn't Hanum play?" ask Nadhif.
Hanum. "Hanum can't play, Papi. There will be Hanum instead burdened Hanum's playmates. Seeing them alone was enough for Hanum," Hanum replied with eyes looking at the children playing the slide in the hospital garden.
"You want a cradle?" tawar Nadhif's.
Hanum immediately stopped his eye movements and looked at Nadhif. After that he nodded. "There it is, Papi. Later distress," said Hanum pointing at the infusion on the back of his hand.
Nadhif smiled and gently rubbed Hanum's hair. On seeing the side, Nadhif saw Una from a distance walking towards them. "Hanum, Papi has to go. Hanum wait for Mom here, yeah. And don't tell me that Papi came here, yes," Nadhif said.
Hanum nodded confidently. "Later come again, yes Papi," said Hanum.
Nadhif nodded and smiled. The man stood up and immediately moved from there before Una saw him with Hanum.
.....
After the hospital, Nadhif returned to his company. His initial intention of wanting to see the condition of the hospital, instead just changed into an affinity with Hanum.
"Excuse me, sir," said Mark entering Nadhif's room.
"Sit down" said Nadhif, who was immediately embraced by Mark. The man was sitting in the front seat of the Lace table.
"What did you get?" ask Nadhif directly. He knew Mark wouldn't force him to go back to the office if there wasn't anything important. He knows the important thing Mark will tell you for sure about the woman he's been looking for for the past four years.
"I didn't find the woman, sir," Mark looked at Nadhif.
"And you asked me here just to hear this unimportant news, Mark?" nadhif said emotion. He hopes Mark finds a little clue that could lead him to the woman.
"But I have one piece of news, sir," Mark said.
"You're out if your news is useless!" nadhif said firmly.
"All this has to do with that woman and Mami Flora, sir," Mark replied inevitably.
Nadhif raised his head looking at Mark seriously. "What do you mean?" tanya Nadhif wants more explanation from Mark.
"Club' where the incident occurred four years ago is the club' Mami Flora, sir," Mark explained to Nadhif.
"Isn't Club' Mami Flora in the usual place I'm meeting now?" ask Nadhif.
"Old "Club', sir. After the incident, Mami Flora closed the club' and opened in a new place to forget the shadows, Mr.”
