Bella and Ryan were standing at the door of the hospital. They are preparing to visit Ryan's friend Irfan, who has been treated there for several days. Bella looked at Ryan with a worried look in her eyes.

"Are you sure he's okay?" tanyanya's worried.

Ryan nodded and hugged Bella. "Irfan strong. She's gonna be okay."

They entered the room and saw Irfan lying on the bed with an infusion attached to his hand. Irfan smiled at their arrival.

"Hey, you two," Irfan greeted in a weak voice.

Bella approaches Irfan's bed. "How are you, Irfan?"

"I'm hanging in there," Irfan replied with a smile.

"Would we bring you some food or drink?" ask Ryan.

"No need, thank you. I've been fed by nurses" Irfan replied.

Bella and Ryan sit down by Irfan's bedside and start chatting with him. They tell stories about their daily lives, work, and family. They try to make Irfan laugh and forget his pain.

However, the atmosphere became quiet as Irfan asked about their children's news.

"What about you, Ryan? Have you thought about having a child?"

Bella and Ryan looked at each other and blushed in embarrassment. They had never discussed the topic with Irfan before.

"Numbered, Irfan. We don't feel ready yet" Ryan replied in a stammering voice.

Irfan nodded and smiled. "I understand. Kids can be a big responsibility. But, when the time comes, you will definitely become great parents."

Bella and Ryan felt a little relieved after hearing Irfan's words. They know that they have to talk about their future more seriously, but right now, the most important thing is the health and happiness of their friend.

After a while, they left the treatment room in the hope that Irfan would recover quickly and recover completely. Bella and Ryan walk out of the hospital.

"Maybe the time may not be right, but I'm sure one day we'll be ready to have children" Ryan said.

Bella nodded and hugged Ryan. "I believe that too. Most importantly, we will always support and love each other."

While out of the hospital, Ryan and Bella accidentally meet Lisa, Ryan's ex-girlfriend, who is waiting outside the entrance. They looked at each other and gave each other a faint smile. Lisa looks a bit different from the last time Ryan saw her, but still beautiful as ever.

"Hey Ryan, long time no see" Lisa said with a faint smile.

"Hi, Lisa. Yes, it's been a while" Ryan replied doubtfully.

Bella feels a little nervous about Lisa's presence, but tries to smile kindly at her. Lisa looks at Bella, tries to read the situation and may feel Bella's discomfort.

"Hi, I'm Lisa," Lisa said as she reached out to Bella.

"Hi, I'm Bella" Bella replied as she clasped Lisa's hand.

They had a short chat and Ryan told Lisa about his friend Irfan, who was sick and in the treatment room. After that, they say goodbye and continue on their way home.

After they got home, Bella felt a little uneasy. She asks Ryan about Ryan and Lisa's relationship and whether she still has feelings for her ex.

"Ryan, you're okay, right? Do you still have feelings for Lisa?" bella asked doubtfully.

They finally came home.

Ryan and Bella were walking in the mall near their house. Bella remembered her favorite sweet martabak that she always bought when she was a child. Ryan who wants to fulfill Bella's wishes immediately invites her to look for the sweet martabak.

They walked towards the deepest corner of the mall. Bella sees a small shop selling sweet martabak. Ryan opened the door and a sweet scent immediately greeted their noses.

"This is Bella, the sweet martabak shop" Ryan said, pointing to the store.

Bella stepped into the store. He saw a martabak seller who was frying on a large frying pan. The sweet aroma was stronger by him.

"Hello, what can I do for you?" ask the seller.

"The sweet martabak one, sir," replied Bella with a big smile.

The seller immediately mix sweet martabak dough and put some of Bella's favorite toppings. After a few minutes, the sweet martabak is ready to be served. Bella and Ryan immediately ate it while sitting at a small table in front of the store.

"Mmm, that's delicious," praised Bella as she continued to eat her sweet martabak.

Ryan just smiled at Bella's happiness. When they finished, they got out of their seats and prepared to go home. However, suddenly Bella looked at the sweet martabak shop with a sense of nostalgia.

"You know Ryan, I used to buy sweet martabak at this store when I was a kid" Bella said.

"Oh yeah? I don't know" replied Ryan.

"Let's buy it again for stock at home huh, Ryan?" bella Pinta.

"May, we'll be through here again soon" Ryan said.

Bella and Ryan re-entered the store and ordered another sweet martabak to take home. They feel happy to be able to bring home happiness in the form of sweet martabak Bella's favorite.

That night, Bella and Ryan eat sweet martabak while watching a movie at their house. Bella is happy to be able to eat her favorite food while being near Ryan. Slowly Bella feels she is getting closer to Ryan, and she hopes to one day have children with Ryan.

They chose a film suggested by one of Ryan's friends. They start the film in high spirits, but after a few scenes, the atmosphere starts to feel awkward between them. The romantic scenes shown in the film are too vulgar and pushy.

Bella felt somewhat uncomfortable with the scene and began to feel awkward. Ryan felt the same way. Both of them are trying to enjoy the film.

“Do you feel awkward?” bella asked doubtfully.
