The techniques include running, jumping and koprol. Using things like knives, swords, spears, mace, arrows and more.


8. Shorinji Kempo's


\=> Shorinji kempo is a martial art formed by So Doshin as a training and self-defense system. It was founded in 1947 in Todatsu, Kagawa, Japan. Shorinji kempo is derived from the word sho\= forest, rin\= bamboo, ji\= temple, ken\= rule and kempo meaning “live path”. The technique is divided into Goho (rough), Juho (smooth), seiho (totokan). This Japanese martial art is very famous and easy to find in various regions.


Goho consists of punches, kicks and stalks, Juho consists of dings, catches, locks and throws, while seiho is a tootokan or massage on certain body parts that can double, double, it can be used to paralyze opponents and can also be used for treatment. But new seiho techniques will be taught if a kempo practitioner has mastered goho and juho perfectly.


9. Taekwondo

The Karate Beladiri entered Japan via the island of Okinawa and flourished on the island of Ryukyu. Beladiri Karate has 4 streams namely: Shotokan, Goju-ryu, Shito-Ryu and Wado-Ryu. Most karate martial movements rely on hand tightness.


11. Muay Thai


\=> is derived from the words mayva (muay) and Thai which is the name of the tribe in Thailand. It developed approximately 1 century ago and is now the national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai martial arts do a lot of the movement of elbow and kick, the movement of the Muay thai Martial rely on 8 points on the body, namely: both fists, both elbows, both legs and both knees.


12. Ninjutsu


\=> Ninjutsu or the art of silent movement, is a martial technique used by Japanese spies or better known as Ninja. 


Ninjutsu martial movements in the form of kicks, breaks, throws and attacks. Then it is also equipped with self-defense techniques such as rotating dings and several other techniques. 14. Kick Boxing


\=> Kick Boxing is a martial art that relies on punches and ko. The kickboxing movement is more or less the same as boxing, but coupled with leg kicks. 


15. Aikido


\=> This Japanese martial art was created by Morihei Ueshiba in the era of modernization of Japan around the 1800s. Different from the majority of martial artists who usually prioritize physical ability and speed. Aikido martial arts focuses more on mastery and perfect technique.
