Chapters 14. Go to Prison

After traveling on foot and down the farmers' plantation, Bobby and Vence finally arrived at the place where Luter and Dani were.

Luter and Dani were immediately startled by the arrival of the two figures.

"What's wrong? Is there anything important you two will say?." Dani asks as Bobby and Vence arrive at their place.

"There's something we'll both say! It has to do with last night's problems!." Said Bobby who was allowed by Vence.

"What information have you two gotten?." Ask Luter curiously.

Vence immediately explained what he knew as he told Bobby.

After hearing what Vence said, Luter and Dani's thoughts and feelings were immediately relieved.

They continued their conversation but on a different topic.

A few years later Bobby's name is very reluctant by people who know him, both from small-town thugs and rural-class thugs.

In those years, Bobby has committed criminal acts of persecution by using sharp weapons nine times.

Of the nine victims, none lost their lives.

For criminal acts of persecution by using the blows of his feet and hands are no longer counted.

The village that Bobby lived in has now become a red zone for crime.

Or it can be said that it is very vulnerable for everyone who has just come to the village.

Police officers arrested him and took him to the police station.

When he arrived at the sector police station in the sub-district, Bobby was immediately in droves with various questions.

And most of the questions he asked were about his own actions which he did not acknowledge.

Because at that time there were no victims, so Bobby immediately faked his identity.

What else at that time Bobby did not have a Resident Identity Card.

So that the assistant investigator only records the fake identity he gave.

After completing the examination that night, Bobby was immediately thrown into the detention room in the police station.

When he was put into the detention room, he immediately greeted about ten other prisoners.

The next day, Bobby receives a piece of paper containing a warrant for his detention.

Bobby was also in the trap with Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 with a threat of ten years in prison.

It immediately made Bobby's mind very hit.

He did not expect that with a sharp weapon alone could be threatened with a prison sentence of ten years.

Bobby also began to ask about the problems he faced at that time to fellow prisoners who had often tasted the place or could be said to be a recidivist.

He was advised to ask for a suspension to the assistant investigator who handled the case.

Bobby also ventured to propose it to the assistant investigator.

After going through consideration, finally his application was granted by the police with a guarantee.

Bobby was released from the iron bars and became mandatory report status.

After a year of activities as usual, Bobby was again entangled with legal problems again.

Now Bobby was caught after a few days that had passed had committed no criminal mistreatment of someone.

Because his name was not known by his victim even though his face was so recognized by his victim that Bobby again gave a false identity to the investigator who examined him.

And now Bobby is no longer at the sector police station he once tasted.

Except at the resort police station in the city.

So now Bobby will meet with the more famous thugs.

After finishing through the news of the examination, Bobby was immediately thrown into the detention room.

He was immediately welcomed by about fifty more prisoners who were inside.

But now Bobby is no longer the same when he first entered.

He immediately put up a fight against the prisoners who wanted to beat him.

Bobby began to challenge to fight one by one against each prisoner who wanted to hit him.

From then on, Bobby was greatly respected by his fellow inmates who were inside with him.

Bobby also wants to return to do the trick he once did, which is to submit a suspension to the assistant investigator who handled the case.

But it was not achieved, because Bobby's victim was afraid that he could be released from the hands of the police.

Because of the reason Bobby may be able to do his actions again, so that the assistant investigator does not give a suspension to him.

Twenty days passed, Bobby immediately got back a letter from the investigator who handled it.

And the contents of the letter were an extension of his arrest warrant for him.

Bobby is now a prisoner of the prosecution.

Until a few days later, finally Bobby moved to a detention house in the city.

Not long after, finally Bobby's case was heard.

His trial journey didn't take long.

Because Bobby himself does not use an advocate or a lawyer to defend or accompany him every time the trial

And Bobby did not want to dispute what was accused of him.

Bobby was prosecuted for one year and six months, but was sentenced by a judge to only eight months.
