"How come Agent Zie is a Nazi? Little Ziera aka Rara the naive boy became a bodyguard?" Juan was still a little incredulous.
"Zie is a code name taken from his middle name. Now he's a little more grown up." Adrian explained.
"But why has he changed so much? where was the tomboy boy? He looks so different."
"Of course it's different, Ziera is an adult now. Training in China and the tragedy changed that. Although not very visible at work, in fact he is still a little tomboyish and naive. Ziera wanted to show a more mature and professional image of herself as a bodyguard."
"What does he mean he's in danger?" Juan recalled the core of their conversation.
"On the day of the abduction, Ziera recalled that she heard the kidnappers' conversation over the phone. The person who rules them is called Boss Bee, besides that there is a tattoo that says 'BEE' on their body. Ziera recalled that one of the bodyguards who usually accompanied Natha had the tattoo on her back shoulder, Ziera had once accidentally seen it. This is not known to the police, because Ziera only remembered it two years ago. Ziera wanted to investigate on her own. With the ability he had from training in China, it was not difficult for him to get a job as a Bodyguard. The problem would be too dangerous because the syndicate had a relationship with the agency bodyguard. If they find out Zie is Ziera, and he has a clue of BEE syndicate involvement in the tragedy then Ziera will be in danger. After surviving the kidnapping, there have been several assassination attempts on Ziera. After police could not investigate the case further due to lack of evidence, and it was revealed that Ziera had lost her memory of the incident, Ziera's attempt to harm her ended. Because the family was still concerned for his safety, he was sent abroad. We believe the syndicate must still be among us in disguise. They were able to access confidential information, including information known only to investigators. That was why Ziera had chosen to investigate it herself. For the sake of Ziera's safety and for the sake of investigating this case then Ziera I recruited in my Agency."
"Why did you and her entire family let Ziera become a bodyguard and let alone investigate the case? Isn't that dangerous?" Juan felt worried after hearing the explanation.
"As you know, that Ziera is naive and stubborn. If it's not in my Agency then he'll join in another Agency. No one could stop him if he had already made up his mind. So to keep her safe, I better watch her." Adrian explained.
Ziera does have a stubborn and naive nature. He was brave and tomboyish from his childhood. Juan recalled the incident when Rara and Bian were in 2nd grade Junior High, when they participated in club activities to survive in the forest for 1 day. It was then that the clear weather suddenly clouded. The morning should be bright even drizzle. They continue to carry out these group activities.
By late afternoon, Ziera and Bian's group had lost communication with the school. There was no phone signal in the forest due to bad weather. Based on the story of Bian when Bian's legs sprained, their group of four people lost their way. The rain is getting heavier and the mountain roads are very slippery. Bian's other two friends Agnes and Rina have a fever due to exposure to rain. The cold weather, rain and the darkening sky are getting more difficult. Amidst the danger, Ziera decides to die in the old hut to shelter while Ziera seeks help alone. None of his friends agreed. But the stubborn Ziera with all her reasonable arguments about that she was only among the healthiest and that Rina's condition at that time was worsening and her fever was getting higher could not be left without favours.
With Ziera's efforts to convince their friend and the determination shown by him finally his friends were forced to agree. Because of what power, they were unable to argue with the rigors of Ziera's establishment. Though they had assured him that the school would not be silent knowing that they were missing, the search would be done soon.
Rara walked away from her friends in the rain. He tidied up the waterproof jacket he was wearing tightly and fixed the skull part of his head. While walking away from the hut where they were sheltering, Bian noticed Ziera was marking the trees with a cross using a folding knife that they were carrying as survival gear.
It's getting darker. The watch on Bian's left wrist shows 18:30. It had been 3 hours since Ziera had gone to seek help. The rain had started to subside but the path in front of them looked muddy and slippery. The three of them huddled in the old hut, illuminated by the emergency lights they were carrying in their bags.
Bian's feeling was erratic, he was really worried about Ziera who had no news yet. Staring at him in the distance of the night, the wind blew the twigs and leaves slowly. A flash of light was seen in the distance. Bian immediately stood up with a slight daze to endure the pain of his sprained leg.
"Rina, Agnes, you see there's a light approaching. Looks like help's already come." The three of them stood close together and heard their names being called out. There was a feeling of relief in Bian's heart, meaning Rara had already managed to tell them whereabouts.
"We're here.." They shouted back to signal their existence.
Soon a small team of 6 people led by Juan as an alumni who participated and became a committee at the event came closer and began to check the condition of the three of them. "Bian, are you okay? How are you guys doing?"
"I fell down earlier, my right leg seemed to be sprained. Rina and Anggi they had a fever from having been exposed to the old rain."
"Where's rara? Aren't you four in a group?" Juan was confused.
"We didn't meet Rara. So you said Rara went to get help? How long has Rara been going and in which direction?" Hearing Juan's words, Bian's feelings immediately felt limp. Concerns arose from the look of his eyes.
"Rara left 3 hours ago looking for help. He was stubborn, but I told him to wait here. He went to the place where Brother had come. As she walked away, Rara marked the tree with the knife she carried." Obviously Bian. It was only fitting that along the way Juan saw the mark that Ziera made. That's the mark that helped them find Bian.
"Bian, I'll go find Rara. You follow the other Committee to the camp that has been prepared for you to rest. Take care of your condition, rest. I'll let you know when I see Rara." Juan then turned to face Restu alumni who participated in the search. "Restu, you come with me to find Rara. The rest of you please take the children back to the tent and inform Mr. Gatot that Rara is missing and we will conduct a search. Please send additional personnel as soon as possible, because it's getting late." Juan instructed.
After the division of tasks was completed, Juan and Restu walked towards the direction they came following the sign Ziera made in the trees. The sign pointed at the camp, meaning Ziera's direction was correct. Why did they not meet on the street?
Juan, who was still worried, continued to walk down the road until he finally stopped because the sign from Ziera disappeared. He and Restu looked around the forest. There was a rather steep descent on their left, and upon careful observation there were branches that had just broken and the trail passed. Juan and Restu looked at each other, then they nodded at each other and Juan went down the slope by tying the quarry they brought to the nearest sturdy tree while Restu held the quarry that connected Juan's body to the tree.
As Juan descended the slope, he saw a trail that the route had been passed. Like someone fell there. Finally he reached the end of the valley. He saw a trail of drag to the right. He followed the trail while still vigilantly looking around the forest that was already dark by using the flashlight lighting he carried.
He heard the rustling of dry leaves and twigs that were not far from where they were. Nearby the source of the voice and how shocked Juan when he saw Ziera who was standing on the ground on the Stone because his feet hurt was holding a tree branch that was long enough. The twig was directed at something.
As Juan got closer, Juan realized. Ziera was facing a snake. From the appearance it was not a poisonous snake, but still Ziera was too naive and brave.
"Hush.sana hush..."
Hearing a sound approaching, Ziera immediately turned away still in a standby position.
"Sister Juan.be careful Brother there's a snake." Ziera.
Juan immediately ran over and took over the twig that Ziera was holding then used to lift the snake and put it in a safe place.
When Juan came back to help Ziera, he saw that Ziera had fallen limp. His face looks pale.
"Why aren't you, Ra?" Juan Asked Worried.
"I'm fine, brother, just limp." Ziera replied as Juan watched Ziera unfocused and began to lose consciousness.
"Based on the naive girl, surely she is still in shock because she is dealing with a snake "Juan said to himself.
He lifted Ziera in his lap and brought him back to the camp tent. A few days after that Juan only knew if Ziera was actually a phobia on the snake and with the remaining courage Rara forced herself to face the snake. Until when her adrenaline had gone down Ziera fainted from Shok.
That was Juan's memory of the naive but brave Ziera. Dare to fight his biggest fear even when he finished he fell unconscious.
