"So you work at Vano's company.?" Mama Dessy is a little surprised to learn Keina works at her own husband's company.
Not surprised because he did not like his daughter to work when she was the wife of a CEO, but Mama Dessy was surprised because her daughter wanted to work and did not rely on her husband's wealth which was certainly very much.
"Yes Mah," Keina replied as she put food in her mouth. He was having breakfast with his parents before leaving for the office.
"It's not just me, but Rena and Adelle work there too." Spirits include.
"Papa is glad you got a job, so don't rely on Vano alone. But do not get busy working, you so ignore the duties and responsibilities as a wife." Papa Kim chimed in by giving advice to his daughter.
"I know Pah. Papa doesn't have to worry about that. My mom reminds me often." Keina smiled. The smile she used to cover up what was really going on in her household.
Keina is too good at hiding great things from her parents, until they do not put the slightest suspicion on the fate of the princess just a sad puppet in the hands of their chosen daughter-in-law.
Had they known how Vano treated Keina, the two would have been the ones who felt the most sinful because they had married their favorite child to the wrong person.
...****...
Keina half ran into her husband's office building.
Unexpected events must occur while on the way to the office.
The car he was riding in with the family driver suffered damage to his engine. Keina had to find a taxi to continue the journey that is still quite far.
As a result of waiting for taxis and crowded streets, he arrived late at the office.
"Geez, what a shit this morning." Keina panicked. He just got into the elevator to get to Vano's room.
It seems not only late to come to the office, but late to enter the room before Vano.
"Huffttt,, calm Kein, you should be able to deal with that arrogant fellow."
Keina breathed a few times. He tried to catch his breath before deciding to knock on the door of Vano's room.
Heck,,, gag, gag,,,,
Not long after Keina knocked on the door, someone from inside opened the door.
"Sister Juan.?" The smile on Keina's lips slightly frowned, her anxiety slightly lessened when she found out that the person inside the room was not Vano.
"Is Vano here yet.?" Keina asked, but she hoped Vano had not come to the office.
Juan's forehead looked wrinkled, he was surprised by the couple who lived one roof.
They lived together, but looked at each other and asked as if they were living apart.
"Get in, he's been waiting for you since." Juan answered and then walked out of the room.
"I go first," Juan appeared to bow respectfully before moving in front of Keina.
She appreciates and respects Keina as the wife of her boss, even though Keina works at the company with a position far below her.
Keina let out a heavy sigh, slowly entering the large room which was elegantly designed with luxurious items.
He closed the door first without looking at someone in the room.
"Too late 20 minutes.!" That heavy voice sounded cynical. Echoing throughout the room.
Nothing had made Keina shudder in horror. I don't know what punishment Vano will give him.
"My Papa's car broke down in the middle of the road, so I switched to using a taxi and got stuck in traffic." Keina gave an excuse even though she knew Vano wouldn't want to hear any reason from her.
"I don't care what the reason is.!" Vano stood up from his seat. He walked up to Keina with a piercing glare.
"I'm not telling you to care either, I just want to tell you." Keina said.
"You,!" Vano gripped Keina's chin as she lifted it to make the woman look at him.
"Aren't I satisfied.?!" His anger is full of anger.
"The sooner you file a divorce suit, the sooner you will be freed from my torment.!" Vano strengthened his grip before squeezing out Keina's chin.
Clearly Keina was in pain, the woman could only grimace in holding back the pain on her chin.
Repeatedly Keina seemed to take a deep breath, she tried not to vent her anger which was actually at the end of her head.
"Am I not just your servant in the office.? So why discuss personal matters.?" Keina threw a faint smile. Behind his casual attitude, he harbored increasingly more hate piled up.
"I've already told you before. I'm not gonna file a divorce."
"If you want, you'd better do it." Keina looked to challenge Vano. He was very sure Vano would not dare to divorce him.
To refute the words of the Mama alone Vano did not dare, let alone divorce the wife of the choice of the Mama.
"Don't fuck around.!" Sentak Vano's.
"3 months, after 3 months you must file a lawsuit in court. Or your parents' business will be ruined in my hands.!"
Vano's threat sounded non-committal. He can do whatever he wants while there is no interference from his parents.
"You're threatening me again.?" Keina looked at me.
"We both don't know about this match. Even you can't resist, let alone me.?"
"By filing a lawsuit, then I'll hurt my parents."
"What's wrong with trying.? We can start over, right.? You also don't have to leave your lover before you're sure of me."
Keina tried to persuade Vano. He had to get Vano into his trap to teach the man a lesson.
"I will try to be a good wife so that I deserve the recognition and love of my own husband."
"Marriage is not to be toyed with Vano, our bond is sacred and sacred. Why can't you take it.?"
Tears began to pour down on the cheeks. Keina had to pretend to cry again in front of Vano to get mercy from him.
"You think I'm gonna feel sorry for you.?!!" Cynical Vano. He picked up his cell phone on the table, then rushed out of the room.
Keina looked smiling looking at Vano's departure.
"Related to not pity me.?" Keina murmured while wiping away her tears.
"But why do you throw your eyes away when you know I'm crying." Keina chuckled slightly, she was sure Vano was starting to not bear the sight of her tears.
Because the man who was looking at him sharply, suddenly turned his eyes to the other direction.
