"Zevan" said Kevin, who still held Zevan's hand.

A second later Kevin felt Zevan return his hand.

"Van "call Kevin.

They all looked at Zevan with sad and worried gazes.

Zevan opened his eyes. His first look was on Kevin, his oldest brother.

Zevan looked at his sister's face with a sad look, a sad face and also angry. After looking at his eldest brother he looked at his other older brothers with no spirit at all in him.

"Van," called Dallin softly while stroking her brown hair. Dallin stood beside Zevan's bed on the left.

There was no response from Zevan. Zevan only gave a hard-to-understand look.

"Van, come! Saying something. Don't be like this. Don't punish us like this" said Marvin.

"Say whatever you want to say? If you want to be angry, go ahead. I accept it" said Aidan.

"Vans. Come, speak. Don't shut up" said Galen, who was crying. He was not strong enough to see Zevan who inhabited them all.

"Van," call Abyan.

"I don't need you guys. I just want Papa and Mama here. I want to meet them" Zevan said firmly and emphatically.

They were all shocked at what Zevan said. They feel guilty and very sorry. Their hearts really hurt.

"Hiks.. Van. Don't talk like that. My mom and dad are no more. They're happy there" sobbed Kevin.

"Either that. I want to meet with Papa and Mama and then tell them to come back. Who knows with their return, you will no longer do as you please to me. With them back, you no longer blame me. With them back, I will no longer be referred to as the unlucky bearer and the ignorant sister. With them back, I'll get the affection and hugs I haven't had."

Zevan stared hatefully at his six older brothers who were currently staring at him.

"I used to expect you to come back to me. I waited for you for 8 years. During those 8 years I desperately endured my grief and longing for you. I always pray that all my hopes will be fulfilled. Baby, my prayers are not answered. You're getting harder and harder to reach."

"Zevan, no!" they cry while shaking their heads.

"Your time is up. Now my heart is completely closed to you. My heart is now completely numb. My heart can no longer feel the warmth and comfort of each of you approaching me and hugging me."

Hearing Zevan's words made their chests tight. Their hearts were broken when they heard the words of their youngest sister.

"Zevan!" yell at them all.

They immediately hugged Zevan's body and cried there.

"Hiks... Forgive us.. Forgive us... Hiks," said they all interrupted his sobbing.

Zevan was silent. He did not return the embrace of his six brothers.

"Take off" said Zevan.

"Zevan... Hicks."

"I said, get off!" Zevan shouted as loudly as possible.

"You better go home. I don't need you guys here. If you stay here it'll make you a little brother not know yourself."

"Zevan... Hixes. Don't be like this. Brother please. Give us one more chance" said Dallin, clasping Zevan's hand.

Sensing his hand being held, Zevan immediately pulled him. "Your chances are over. You've wasted that opportunity."

"Enough!" shout Galen.

Galen stared right at his sister's brown bead. She did not want her sister to stay away from her.

"Zevan, brother please. Don't do that to my sister. Don't hate brother. You better slap brother, angrily sister, snapped brother. But don't stay away from your sister. Don't ignore my brother... Hiks," said Galen sobbing.

They stared at Zevan's face with tears streaming down their faces.

Dallin wiped off Zevan's tears and gave a kiss on his sister's forehead.

"I'm sorry, sister. Forgive the mistake of all this time to you. Brother really loves you. I swear to God you love me so much. All this time brother didn't really hate you. Just so you know, for 8 years my brother has been watching you and looking after you from afar. Do you remember when you were in high school. You asked us to attend an event at your school. But we all ignored you. After you left us and went into your room. We all decided to attend your show. And we all took your every moment there." Dallin spoke as he recounted when he and his other siblings came to his youngest sister's show.

Zevan did not give any response. Yet the gaze of his eyes stared intensely right at Dallin's black bead. Zevan can see there's honesty radiating in there.

"Yes, Van. What Dallin's brother said was true. We are all present at your current school event" Aidan said.

Zevan remained in his position with a look of dislike towards the six brothers. Zevan was silent. He did not give any response at all.

"Van, brother please. Don't hate brother. Come back!" Galen held Zevan's hand.

"It's okay if you don't want to immediately apologize to your other brother and sister. But let us be by your side to take care of you" Abyan said.

"As far as you guys. I don't give a shit. Do what you want to do. But I will never again believe in your every word and deed."

After saying that, Zevan threw his gaze in another direction. And Zevan saw his friends in the same room.

"Alvan, Atha."

Those who were called approached Zevan's bed.

"How are you doing, Van? Is anyone sick?" ask Alvan to worry.

Zevan shook his head. "You don't have to worry. I'm fine."

Zevan only chuckles in response to Alvan's protests. Not much different from his brother Zevan. They smile to see the cohesiveness of their sister with her best friend.
