10 Years ago..

Kenny, Gama, and Lion were once entrusted to Heri's grandfather, because both parents had to go abroad and live there for a year to take care of their father's education who was studying medicine S3 in Germany.

At that time they were innocent children who were still at naughty ages. At that time Kenny was 9 years old, Gama was 7 years old and Lion was 5 years old.Kakek Heri at that time also had not retired from the navy and was still actively working.

Because Heri's grandfather is a figure who is always surrounded by things that smell discipline and obedience. So that even he put it down to his three sweet grandchildren.

At that age Kenny, Gama, and Lion were very naughty and even very difficult to set up. Because the environment of the grandfather's house close to the forest makes his third every home from school always play around there.

They always make a fuss by judging the children of their neighbors and school friends.

The three of them played in the forest happily, picking fruit, looking for fish in the river, and making a tree house as their headquarters.

Their mischief continues to occur, until every home from work Heri grandfather always receives scolding from the neighbors about the behavior of Kenny, Gama, and Lion.

After receiving complaints from neighbors, Heri's grandfather usually always punished his three grandchildren by physically training them like a young naval soldier.

They had to clean the house, plant flowers, fetch water in the river, and teach them to be able to survive this harsh life.

Thousands of times Kenny, Gama, and Lion were hit by their grandfather. That is all done so that they grow into children who can take action with more thought of consequences.

Once upon a time after school Kenny, Gama, and Lion got into a fight with a 5th grader who liked to spend money. It all started when Lion was beaten by the children because Lion did not want to give up his money.

Knowing this Kenny and Gama do not accept if his sister is treated like that, even Lion to delirious fear of midnight.

"Hey, you're 5th grade" Kenny said with an angry face.

They are in a small alley that is quite rarely passed by residents.

Lion was already a little daring to face the brats. She already felt safe because Kenny and Gama were with her.

Although Kenny is only 3rd grade Elementary but he has a tall and full body so that his body size is not too far from the 5th grade children.

"I remember well, you guys don't bother me anymore" said Kenny again.

"Dih, you're so good-natured. What class is it?" reply to the boy who turns out to be named Denis.

Because the atmosphere is getting heated due to the party from class 5 which is getting the stove alias heating up. There was a fight between them.

Like the SD children's fights in general they grabbed each other, kicked, hit, and ended with cries.

The end of their fight when one of the residents saw the action of the children and separated them.

"Well, why are you fighting?" ask the men who separated the fight.

"They sir, love the lazy schoolgirls. Including my victim." exclaimed Kenny.

"Well, yasudah y'all broke up. And you brats, let me take you to each other's houses, I report your behavior to your parents." said the fathers, scolding the 5th graders.

Their condition was messy, their uniforms were out of shape and dirty.

After being disbanded, Kenny, Gama, and Lion finally return home. Kenny and Gama appease Lion who is still crying because of the blow from the 5th grader.

"Here's your big brother, don't cry. They won't bother us anymore" Gama offered his back to Lion.

Kenny also leads Lion to ride on Gama's back to be carried. Lion was now carried by Gama, Kenny helped hold Lion's back so as not to fall.

During the journey home, Lion's cries had subsided, and they had finally reached home.

"You're fighting again?." Grandfather Heri's face was already completely enveloped by anger.

Gama and Lion's guts shrieked and hid behind their brother. While Kenny looked at his grandfather with a little annoyance. He felt that his actions this time were right to protect his younger siblings.

Finally, they stepped into the room to fix themselves up.

As the sun was about to set, the grandfather called his three grandchildren and told them to sit on a wooden bench. Then grandfather went into the kitchen, some time grandfather came out while carrying the watermelon that had been cut into pieces.

Heri's grandfather sat among them and went to devour the watermelon together.
