"But what doc? Cost issue?" ask Joseph quickly.

Doctor shakes. "It's not a matter of cost sir, your kidneys are suitable but you are currently suffering from a serious disease."

"What's the doc of serious illness?" Niar shut his mouth. "My husband's been fine all along Doc."
