While in the house Riska was crying in Richard's arms, before long two men of great stature wearing masks and hats came carrying Aliva who was still unconscious.

"Thank God the young mistress is fine, no need to worry maybe the anesthetic disappeared so the young mistress felt pain, let me give the medicine to relieve her pain" said the doctor.

After he finished checking Aberlie, the doctor left them.

"Thank you for fighting for me, I'm so scared" said Bram, who sat back and held Aberlie's hand.

"Dear why does my stomach hurt?" ask Aberlie grimacing.

"You've done the fetal removal surgery too by, you were pregnant with the fruit of our love at the accident, but God loved him more and took it back, he said, I'm sorry that I can't take care of you and our future child" said Bram, with tears in his eyes.
