Dinner was peaceful and quiet. There were only a few short chats that Amanda and Rizky talked about

Until the dessert came and was in front of them. Amanda looked at Rizky instead of looking at the seemingly very tempting food

Rizky stopped chewing and her gaze was very difficult to decipher.

"Why? Is there a need you can't meet?" instead of answering, Rizky asked back

"No. Answer it first"

"I don't allow you" Rizky replied briefly

"All right, then my sentence gets there. I don't want to say anything else"

Amanda gave her knotty smile and looked at Rizky's eyes gently

("Am I going to say it? What if he'll get angry and pull me forcibly out of here? Well, it looks like I have to say it right now") Amanda said before telling Rizky everything

"I was called to an interview at a company in Rome"

Rizky clenched her hand and Amanda could see that. He also saw Rizky's already increasingly frightening gaze

"Since when?"

"Why did you send me a cover letter? Does anyone allow you?"

"none. But I want to be independent"

"Let's go home Amanda" Rizky said and stood up

He walked away leaving Amanda still sitting in her chair. Amanda wiped away the tears that fell down her cheeks. She immediately smiled and walked up to her husband Rizky

All eyes were on the two of them. Especially to Amanda, there were many questions popping up in their brains right now. Why does the newly married couple not seem to be doing well?

Amanda ignored it all by continuing to look forward, namely staring at the sturdy back of Rizky's.

Rizky drove the car at high speed. Even he did not glance towards Amanda who was currently closing his eyes waiting for them to arrive at the Great House

Amanda saw Rizky's departure. She smiled looking at her husband who didn't even care about her

Amanda gets down and goes into the house.

"Did you guys fight?" that question made Amanda raise her head

He lowered his head without seeing the people around him. And without him knowing Bryant was still in the TV room and seeing it all

"Ahk Daddy said something?" ask Amanda again to find an excuse

"There's no need to pretend not to hear Amanda's father's words" of course Amanda was wrong for doing that because Bryant wasn't that stupid

"Dad asked Did you guys fight? I'm not asking if you're okay, Amanda. Your answer actually makes Dad sure that you guys are fighting"

Amanda closed her eyes and turned around for a while. He patted his forehead and exhaled slowly and looked back at his father-in-law

"No Dad. We didn't fight. Rizky was just a little sleepy so she went down first and wanted to go to bed soon" Amanda replied again displaying her awkward smile

"Amanda don't hide anything. Tell me what's up?"

"Dad, Amanda's tired. Can Amanda get into the room first?"

Bryant let out a long sigh and peeked at the base of his nose. Instantly he felt dizzy

"Go and immediately solve your household problems well" permission was given by Bryant

Amanda smiled and nodded her head. He kissed Bryant and Bryant did the same

"Dad Good Night"

"Good Night baby"

Amanda walked a little faster and climbed up the stairs with a little run. Bryant was still staring at Amanda's back from downstairs

"Is there anything else now?" ask and go back to watch

Amanda goes into her room and finds Rizky nowhere. But he could see the jacket worn by the man lying on the bed

Amanda immediately took the jacket and put it in a basket of dirty clothes that the waiter would wash tomorrow

Amanda walked into the dressing room and picked up her nightgown and walked into the dressing room. He really didn't find Rizky anywhere

Amanda came out of the dressing room and sat in front of her dressing table. She opened the earrings and removed the little makeup she had just used

"I was wrong to say that. Is he in his study?" ask Amanda to herself

Amanda stood up and walked out of her room. He walked towards Rizky's study. He peeked out from the blemish of the door that was not tightly closed.

He saw Rizky who was busy looking one by one at the documents in his hand and also on his desk. Amanda dareshe to come in

He knocked on the door hesitantly. And of course there was already a voice that allowed him to enter

His eyes met with Rizky's bead. Rizky looked at him for a while and refocused on his work

"What... Do I need to make coffee?" ask Amanda a little nervously

"No" Rizky replied briefly

Amanda paused and sat down on the sofa that was in front of Rizky. Rizky glanced at her for a bit and let the girl be like that

"Ck even now he's hurting me" Amanda whispered

Of course Rizky heard it because her ears were still functioning properly. He stared at Amanda for a while and the one being stared at was already busy playing his fingers

"Sleep" Rizky said briefly

Amanda stops her activities and stares at Rizky

"I'm not sleepy yet. I will accompany you and wait for you here. I won't bother you"

Rizky closed her eyes while exhaling a long breath. He nodded his temple and continued his work

Amanda still sees Rizky who's still busy. He threw himself on the long sofa and played his fingers again

No sound was heard by Rizky after a while he concentrated on the documents. He looked ahead and saw Amanda who was already fast asleep

Rizky walked over and crouched down right in front of Amanda's face. He pulled both corners of his lips. Now Rizky has displayed her smile with a wide

"This girl really can't help but disturb my life. How could I be this happy just by looking at her calm face like this. You've always troubled Amanda" Rizky said unconsciously

Rizky blinked her eyes a few times

"And since when have I been talking more and more like this? Ahk I've been crazy since this girl" continued Rizky and shook his head in disbelief

He immediately held Amanda with his right hand under his knee and his left hand under the nape of Amanda's neck
