" Because I'm his son-in-law that's why I helped him." Replied Arlan with a firm tone.

" Did you not know that Alvonso's family was so evil, just selfish and I wonder why so many of his loyal followers." Said the man

" You are wrong sir, they are not loyal followers but they are sons-in-law and get genuine affection like a real child. At first I thought like that but after I got to know her and married one of her children made me change my mind." Arlan

" As long as you know Clara is our adopted son, we love him sincerely as well as Alvonso's extended family but it turns out that Clara is so evil she once hurt my wife and my wife's family who are my family too." Connect Arlan.

Long story short now they have arrived at the hospital owned by Dr. Kennath. All of Alvonso's extended family have come to the hospital. Arlan is welcomed by his wife and six twins who are very similar to him.

" We are one family so as family members help each other." Arlan said with a smile.

" What about Clara?" Ask daddy Alvonso.

" The woman died with the baby." Arlan

" It's true but if the baby lives it's daddy thinking it could be the nature of the two parents will lower it to his child." Dady Alvonso

" It's true too said daddy, I and Alviana and Alvonso's extended family took care of Clara with affection but it turns out Clara could hurt our family." Arlan

Daddy Alvonso looked around and saw two nurses pushing the gurney where the man was wounded by a gunshot into the ER room.

" Not dad, that guy's his girlfriend and that guy's the mafia chairman." Answer Arlan

" It's worth it that we're having a really hard time catching Clara." Dady Alvonso.

" Right dad." Answer Arlan.

" You rest with your family." Dady Alvonso

" Good dad." Answer Arlan

Arlan walks with his wife Alviana and her six twins and breaks down on the top floor specifically for the family.

" Daddy we're waiting in the operating room." Bring mommy Laras

" Come on mom." Father Alvonso hugged his wife from the side.

Mommy Laras also returned her husband's embrace and leaned against her husband's chest towards the operating room. Arriving at the operating room they sat in a chair with the child and his son-in-law to wait for the child and his son-in-law who were injured by gunfire.

Not long out two nurses while pushing Liani's gurney and followed by Charli, Alvonso, Leo and Louis they were taken directly to the VVIP treatment room. Kennath's large hospital has ten VVIP treatment rooms and five rooms.

Mommy Laras and daddy Alvonso looked at one child after another and his son-in-law went out to see his best friend Doctor Kennath.

" He's in the second-grade treatment room when I want to feel like there's no room for a guy like him." Said Kennath's doctor while holding back his anger.

" Don't be so Ken, please move it to the VVIP treatment room." Please mommy Laras

Daddy Alvonso exhaled slowly.

" All right, Kennath moved to the VVIP treatment room." Dady Alvonso.

" My cousin Ellie Brian wants to come here mom." Answer Angelina.

" Would it be wrong that your cousin's sister is a doctor?" Ask mommy Laras

" Mommy wants to meet your cousin's sister." Mommy Baras

" May mom." Answer Angelina.

" Dear, I'll stay first." Pamit Angelina's

" Now, not for long." Louis said

" Louis, mommy's staying a while." Pamit mommy Laras

" Good mom." Louis answered with a smile

Mommy Laras and Angelina exit the VVIP treatment room and walk towards the lobby to meet with cousin sister Angelina. Angelina saw her cousin's sister walking in the direction of the lobby.

" Ellie." Call Angelina

" So how are you?" Ellie asked as she walked over to her cousin's sister.
