"Emmm. Where did I meet Rachel?" ask Avega to herself.

Avega immediately checked Rychelle's personal data that had been input into the list of New Employees on his computer monitor. Unfortunately, Avega really doesn't remember who Rachel Ortisia is and where she met Rachel.

While Rychelle who had come out of Avega's room immediately returned to his study. "Huft, it's a good thing he doesn't recognize me." murmured Rychelle who still remembers Avega who once teased him when he was ticketed for speeding on the highway and not carrying his driving license.

Even then Avega actually deliberately violated traffic rules when he saw Rychelle was in charge of monitoring traffic on the streets of the Metropolitan city.

After her break, Rychelle finished her work for today and the next few days so she could have plenty of time to do it.

The next day, Rychelle really looks very changed by wearing an electric blue blazer and a subordinate short skirt with matching colors. This One Point Bank employee uniform makes Rychelle look very beautiful even without thick makeup and certainly no longer looks like a village.

As usual, Rychelle arrived at the office earlier than her boss and passed the guard without greeting her at all considering yesterday she was always ignored when greeting the security guard.

"Eits, wait." the security guard held off Rychelle's steps with his butcher's baton. "You're a new officer?" asked the security guard earlier made Rychelle turn around and look at the security guard sharply.

"Sorry Miss Beautiful, the new employee should report at the security guard first and later I will take you to your workspace or face Mr. Alarick." explained the security guard.

"Is the one who has been working for almost a week also said to be a new employee?" rychelle asked while pulling over the security guard's baton and went straight into the office.

Now the security guard began to realize who had just ignored him. "Wow, it turns out the ugly duckling has transformed into a beautiful goose." muttered the security guard earlier while amazed.

While Rychelle was walking towards the elevator door, her eyes caught someone coming out of the empty room door she entered yesterday.

'Avega.' Rychelle murmured in his heart. 'What exactly is he doing in that empty room?' rychelle stepped into the elevator.

When the elevator door was about to close, it was suddenly restrained and re-opened. Avega was standing in front of Rychelle and entered the elevator.

"Hi Rachel, you look so beautiful today." praise Avega while pressing the number 5 button which is the floor where her work space.

"Thank you for your praise." Rychelle replied with a smile. "I didn't expect, it turns out you also came earlier than the others."

"Oh, of course. My job is so much that it requires me to go overtime and sleep in the office. But it's not coming early like you who's getting a threat from Mr. Alarick." explained Avega while slightly insinuating Rychelle.

Rychelle chuckled softly hearing the insinuations from Avega. The elevator doors opened and Avega reached the floor of her study. Unfortunately Avega did not exit until the elevator doors closed again.

"Why not go down?" rychelle asked who saw Avega still with her in the elevator.

"I still want to chat with you Rachel." Avega replied confidently.

"How about working with that very cold Mr Alarick?" asked Avega and again Rychelle just smiled not responding.

"If you are not at home working with him, you better help me in the financial section so that I do not have to overtime again like this" said Avega right when the elevator door was open.

It turned out that Alarick was already standing in front of the elevator door while folding his hands to his chest while looking intently at Rychelle and Avega in turn.

Rychelle was shocked to find Alarick standing before her, but quickly mastered her shock.

"Ready!" rychelle replied, leaving Alarick and walking to his room, preparing Alarick's file for the meeting this morning, while Alarick was still standing in front of Avega.

"What are you doing here?" alarick asked, because it was not usually Avega around the room.

"I just want to get to know Rachel more closely" Avega replied casually. "Oh yes Mr. Alarick, if you don't need Rachel, just move it to my side because I'll take it with open arms" Avega said.

Alarick ignored Avega and headed straight to his study.

"Where's my file?" alarick and Rychelle asked, handing over the files she had prepared. This time Alarick looked back at Rychelle from top to bottom.

"I'm warning you, don't tease anyone in this office including the security guard at the guard post! If you don't focus on work, it's better to just go home" Alarick said flatly.

"Sorry Mr. Alarick, nor have I ever intended to tempt anyone in this office without exception. Because my goal is just to work." Rychelle said steadily.

After hearing Rychelle's reply, Alarick returned to his study and checked the work of his new assistant.

"The work is very neat and organized." muttered Alarick while opening one by one the files in his hand until the last sheet.

"Perfects!"

One word came out of Alarick's mouth and placed the file Rychelle had made on his desk. Alarick's eyes are on Rychelle's desk. Rychelle was focused on her monitor screen without even turning away. Even Rychelle was not aware that Alarick kept looking at her from a distance.

"Ehem!" Molly, who was standing in Alarick's room, cleared her eyes.

"What are you looking at baby to the point of not blinking like that?" ask Molly then.

"Nothing!" answer Alarick flat. "Rachel is late today, give him a warning to be deterred and not repeat it again" Alarick said, taking his file and walking ahead of Molly to the meeting room.

"OK." replied Molly following Alarick's steps. 'It turns out you're still so indifferent and cold to Rachel. Good then. Though I had almost felt jealous when my fiancee noticed Rachel.' Molly muttered inwardly.

Today Rychelle's work was completed satisfactorily without even the slightest revision from Alarick. Now he was ready to return home from the office early because he had to submit the first report of the mission he ran to the Brigadier General of Police who gave permission for him to carry out the mission.

"Would you go home, Rachel?" asked Molly who was suddenly standing by Rychelle's desk.

"Right Miss Molly, is there anything I can help you with?" ask Rychelle who's been carrying her briefcase.

"Can you come with me for a minute to Alarick's room?" ask MOLLY then. "Tomorrow Alarick and I have an official trip for the next few days to Bali as we prepare for our wedding two months to come. There are some tasks that we have to assign to you Rachel." explains Molly.

"Good Miss." replied Rychelle. Hearing that her boss was about to take an official trip out of town for a few days, made Rychelle's eyes sparkle. She happily followed Molly's steps into Alarick's room.
