CHAPTER 8
After the announcement, Adrian was taken to the Headmaster's room. He sat on the sofa, waiting for the Headmaster to finish with his chatter on the phone. Either way, Adrian doesn't know what the Headmaster's purpose is to bring himself into the air-conditioned room.
The middle-aged man finished with his chat on the phone, then spoke up, “Adrian.”
Adrian looked at the middle-aged man and nodded in response.
“Your achievement with the highest score, you will be able to get into elite schools in the city, will even get a scholarship. What do you think, son?”
“I refused, Sir.”
Then the Headmaster frowned and leaned his face. “Why did you refuse? It's a rare opportunity, son. You can go to school for free, enter the best and most elite high school in the city.”
“I still refuse, Sir. I've been planning to go to SMA Bakti Siswa.”
“What?!” The Headmaster was suddenly flabbergasted to hear Adrian's expression. The man's breath seemed to be restrained after Adrian mentioned his destination school. “You want to go to a shabby school, at worst? Are you crazy, Adrian?”
“Neither, Sir. I'm still sane. That's exactly what I'm going to school there.”
The man no longer knew what to say. He was so disappointed with Adrian's stance that it was the worst decision. It does. Where any normal student would refuse to be offered entry to the most elite school in the city, much less it would not cost a penny. However, it is also true that Adrian students are normal, or maybe half normal. At least that was the thought that lay in the middle-aged man's head.
“You seriously want to go to that seedy school?”
Scratching a disappointment in the heart of the Headmaster, Adrian stepped out, not changing what he had set.
Adrian gathered the members who will join him to enter Bakti Siswa High School, including Rian from SMP Nusantara and several members. A few hours of waiting, only 100 people gathered, then the rest did not know where. Adrian also concluded that the others were canceled to follow him to attend school at the slums of the city. Even so, Adrian had thought of that possibility. Not everyone would agree to follow in his footsteps, he was aware of it.
“They're losers don't know the return!” Adrian hit hard the dull walls of the vacant house where he was gathered at this time. The man seemed to be very upset with some traitors.
The other members simply lowered their heads while watching their chiefs being engulfed in raging fury.
“Gue has an idea. We'll find them and teach them a lesson. How?” Rico gave advice.
Once again, Adrian hit the wall with great force, then shouted, “We look for them!” He came out of the empty building, followed by the members.
The first search place, which is around SMP Nusa Bangsa. There, they found several people who had joined as members. At the sight of Adrian and the other members, they widened their eyes, but as much as possible tried to calm down, then walked over.
“Lo. Why are you still here? Lo I waited for hours, and you even cool in here look at girls?! Wh why? Do you want to be a member?” adrian's cross on the five in front.
“S-sorry. I ... I guess you can't go to the High School you asked for. Youn—“
“Many bacots!”
