*The Conqueror of the Eastern Forest (PHT)*
Finally Arda Handara reached the eastern outskirts of the Capital.
“Wuaaah! Timuuur Forest!” pekik Arda Handara was excited when he saw clearly the greatness of the Eastern Forest that was so exotic as a forest that had just not been a virgin.
He shouted as he was away from the crowd of the city.
Arda Handara then took out a red caterpillar with dark blue stripes. The caterpillar is now above its index finger.
“Bodong, soon your position will be removed by uyut-uyut from the East Forest. Don't cry yeah. Hahaha!” said Arda Handara while bringing her face closer to the caterpillar. Then he shouted with passion, “Let's go to Timuuur Forest!”
After shouting like that, Arda Handara then ran fast through the thickets that were as high as her waist. His laughter sounded so happy.
“Hey, stop!”
Shouted one female voice suddenly.
The shout made Arda Handara surprised and stopped. He looked up at the top of a mango tree.
It can detect the source of the sound. He saw a young woman with a sweet black skin and shoulder-length hair, hanging on a tree branch. The sweet-faced woman was not hanging herself, but was sitting hanging from the end of the mine.
The young girl who was none other than the Barada, was pointing and glaring at Arda Handara whose face was still as black as the butt of the cauldron.
“Hey, Monkey Boy! Where are you going?!” yelled Barada again.
Surprised Arda Handara called “Kids Monkey”.
“You are a monkey woman, climbing like a monkey!” shouted Arda Handara who turned out to be angry as well.
“Eh uh, bad boy!” hardik Barada again.
“Eh uh, naughty woman! Weeek!” reply Arda Handara then stick out his tongue.
Arda Handara's match made Barada more emotional. Hurriedly he opened several knots of the rope, making his body descend down and land well. The sign was carried in his hand.
Seeing that Barada had already descended from the tree, Arda Handara quickly ran away towards the Eastern Forest.
“Hey, Monkey Boy! Your mother's father is looking for you!” yelled Barada again, trying to prevent Arda Handara from continuing to run.
“Awas you! My mother's father is not a monkey!” shouted Arda Handara threateningly, but still running fast through the tall grass.
“Where are you going?!” ask Barada.
“Search uyut-uyut!” sahut Arda Handara's.
The chase continues and does not feel they are getting closer to the forbidden forest.
“If you are not a monkey boy, there is no great-grandfather!” yelled Barada who was getting left behind by Arda Handara.
“I'm looking for uyut-uyut, not buyut!”
“That's a dangerous forest, not a toy market!”
“I knowuu!”
“If you knew, why would you kill yourself?!”
“I want to find uyut-uyut, not suicide!”
In order to save the jogger's little boy, Barada continued to chase, not caring that the two of them would soon enter the Eastern Forest.
“Whose son is he? Why this fast. Already know it's dangerous forest, why still go there?” batin Barada who started panting because of sprint running. “The boy was fast once on his run.”
Not felt, finally Arda Handara passed two large tree trunks larger than the Palace pole. Thus, Arda Handara had officially entered the Eastern Forest. After running several tens of spears into the forest and the light dimmed because the sunlight was blocked by the thick leaves of the trees, Arda Handara paused for a moment to pay attention to the surrounding conditions, in order to choose a good path.
The cessation of Arda Handara, made Barada able to shorten the distance with the noble boy. However, when he could see Arda Handara's whereabouts again, the boy was already running again and lost behind a wild plant higher than his head.
Barada kept running after. Without hesitation he also broke through the wild plants. Although Arda Handara is not visible, but the movement of plants through it becomes a pointer to its position.
“Hei, Handsome Child!” call Barada. This time changing his call, so that Arda Handara will stop.
“Woi, Brother Black!” sahut Arda Handara sounds far enough, but it does not look like it.
“Stop, so I can catch up with you!” yelled Barada again.
“Don't come after me, you'll be bitten by a chicken!” sahut Arda Handara. His voice kept changing position.
“The chicken pecked, not bit!”
“My grandma bites. Hahaha!”
“Laaah, he laughs instead,” grumbled Barada. Then he shouted again, “Stop for a while, so I can catch up with you!”
“No want! You'll catch me and tie me up, then cook me up! You must be a bad woman!”
“I'm not evil. I'm after you because I want to help you!”
“I'm not asking for help!”
“If you're alone, you'll be scared. Let me accompany you!”
Surprised Barada heard Arda Handara's reply.
“Fucking little boy. It's still a kid, but his mind's been everywhere!” maki Barada's.
“Aaak!” peek Arda Handara suddenly, but not visible body. His screams sounded a bit distant.
“Child Monkey!” pekik Barada was surprised.
Barada hurriedly accelerated his run which blocked many obstacles.
“Children, where are you?!” barada shouted while stopping running, because he did not see any sign of Arda Handara's positional movement.
“Here, Biii!” yell Arda Handara. His voice echoed.
“Where is it?!” sahut Barada while looking there and here.
“Under, I fell, Bi!” answer Arda Handara.
Barada is moving fast. On the east side there is a ravine. He must be careful to step, because the lips of the ravine are covered by thickets. He chose to go to a tree whose great roots protrude toward the abyss.
From the top of the tree roots, Barada tried to look around with her gaze.
“Children!” call Barada.
“Yes, Biii! I'm under you!”
Barada immediately looked down at the overhanging tree roots. As it turned out, Arda Handara's position was right under the tree roots, but it was a few spears down.
Arda Handara in a position depends on the vines on the walls of the ravine filled with plants whose stems are only as thick as the trunk of a kale tree. Both of his hands were grasping the green plant.
“You can climb here!” shouted Barada.
“Cannot, the leaves can be broken!”
“Not going to break up. Hop on! If you can run fast, you can definitely climb!” exclaimed Barada who was convinced that the boy could climb. Moreover, Arda Handara is a powerful child.
Because Barada did not believe it, Arda Handara was forced to try to climb by pulling the stem of the vines held in her right hand.
The bags!
Suddenly the plant's stem broke off.
“Ak!” arda Handara's screams were startled as her body moved falling in half.
“Kone Monkey! Careful!” pekik Barada was surprised and almost his heart was dislodged to see the stem of the plant was broken.
Luckily, the plant on Arda Handara's left hand did not break and his right hand quickly grabbed the other trunk. It made the child's body fall down.
“Silent, silent, don't move!” barada shouted in panic.
The Barada rush fastened the end of the rope to the roots of a strong tree. He worked deftly and impressed in a hurry, worried that Arda Handara fell first before he came to pick up.
The other end of the rope is thrown down, It turns out that the end of the thrown rope has not been able to reach the position of Arda Handara.
Seeing that reality, Barada was forced to go down, because the rope was still less long about one fathom. If he goes down and makes his body a connecting rope, he can reach the child.
“Children, who are you really?” barada asked while moving down using a rope, like a special forces.
“My father and mother's son!”
“I asked your father and mother's name!”
“My father Prabu Dira, King of Little Sanggana!”
“Basic brat! In a situation like this you still lie!” rutuk Barada's.
“I'm not lying. I am Prince Arda Handara, son of Prabu Dira. My mother's name is Empress Dewi Ara!” arda Handara.
“Look at your monkey-like face, who will believe that you are a prince,” said Barada.
Finally, Barada hung on the end of the rope. He gave his foot to Arda Handara.
“Come, take my foot, handsome boy!”
Arda Handara can easily switch grabbing Barada's ankle. Barada flinched as Arda Handara's entire body weight turned to her feet.
“Aibi, let's go up!” said Arda Handara while climbing slowly at the foot of the barada.
“There is a snake,” said Barada softly with a trembling voice and twitching eyes, staring at the movement of a snake as big as his arm on the cliff wall, right above him.
The green-colored snake like a leaf was creeping slowly closer to the position of Barada's hand on the rope.
“If there's a snake, Auntie just chokes her neck, she must be asking for forgiveness!” sahut Arda Handara.
However, Barada's pair of eyes grew even more glaring, as the snake raised its head high.
Yoke!
“Aaak!” jeri Barada as her hand slipped from her grip on the rope, as the back of her hand was pecked by the green snake.
“Aaak!” arda Handara screams also as his body slid down swiftly on the cliff wall. He held on firmly to Barada's feet. (BH)
