Slow Counter is a technique of slowing down an object, when the object approaches the user, no matter what the object is as fast as it is, it will still be slowed down by Slow Counter.

Several attacks from the soldiers attacked Sujou, but the attack was slowed down by Sujou's Slow Counter.

Arriving in space, there was an explosion...
