So not just anyone could reach the meditation level like Xiao Shan which was the deepest level. He learned to do it in the palace with his father.

Xiao Shan entered back into his body, precisely into his dantian. The scenery he saw came from his imagination, where his dantian was in the form of a vast ocean under a black sky. In the sky there are 5 stars that shine brightly and lined up to form a perfect circle pattern.

It was the 5 elements belonging to Xiao Shan.

The pool qi is described as an ocean, the 5 elements are depicted with stars, the body is depicted with a dark sky. There was another one that Xiao Shan did not know about.

It is the existence of a 6th star that emits darkness. Xiao Shan could only see it after focusing his vision. It is seen that the sky has a basin in the middle. That 6th star was the black sky itself.
