Since Ella is allowed to go home, Victor will immediately take Ella to the obgyn doctor. Ella is confused when Victor takes her to the obgyn doctor.

"What are we doing here?" asked Ella who did not understand Victor's intention to bring herself to meet with the obstetrician.

"We just check honey." replied Victor.

"Excuse me doc" Victor said to the doctor.

"Is there anything I can help you with?" ask the Doctor

"I'm Victor who previously contacted the doctor" said Victor. Ella was still confused by her husband's attitude.

"Oh yes, Mr. Victor. Please madam here." Ella simply obeyed her husband and the doctor. The doctor quickly checked Ella's condition.

"Yes your master will soon become a father" said the doctor who made Ella even more confused. Victor was very happy to hear the doctor's explanation.

"Wait what doctor meant?" ask Ella who asked the doctor for an explanation.

"You're pregnant with your mistress, and she's 10 weeks into the pregnancy" explains the doctor who made Ella close her mouth in surprise. She pregnant?

"I'm pregnant doc?" ask Ella again to be sure.

"Yes honey you're pregnant with my son." Not that the doctor answered Victor's question by hugging Ella and kissing her forehead.

"You're gonna have a little brother son" Victor told Adrian as he gently ruffled Adrian's hair.

"Horee Adrian has a sister." Adrian who was very happy jumped up and down in joy to hear it.

"How are you doing, is the baby healthy?" ask Victor back.

"My son" said Ella who stroked her flat stomach. She still can't believe she's pregnant for her heart with Victor.

"Thank you doc" said Victor, kissing Ella's back.

Along the way home Adrian kept raving asking his unborn sister.

"I want to have a sister mom, ah not just a boy. If a man can I play with the cars. But Adrian also wants a sister. Surely she will be very beautiful like mommy." said Adrian who made both parents laugh.

"Later if the gender looks new we know Adrian will have a younger brother or sister" explained Victor.

"If you had to have a sister, Adrian would take good care of her." Victor and Ella looked at each other and they both laughed with Adrian saying.

"I'm so happy today, thanks honey you've allowed my successor to grow up here" said Victor, who stroked Ella's stomach very gently.

"I didn't expect to have a child so soon, baby. I'm so happy." replied Ella who increasingly attached her embrace to Victor.

Arriving at the house Adrian tells all the servants including Hugo who is still there. April's aunt, Emmy, and the servants, of course, warmly welcomed the addition of new family members in this family.

Hugo was even happy because his Dell was pregnant with his 17-week-old son. Della hates Hugo because the man she likes is Victor. But since then, and Hugo who never stopped giving Della his attention and affection finally Della also melted with the charm of Hugo. Even now the more dominant Della loves Hugo.
