Dark Shadow And Light
session 2 chapter 3

**Introduction that Brings Openness**

After overcoming the uncertainty about the feelings between Ali and his best friend and strengthening the relationship with Aisha, Ali's family now faces a new challenge: the introduction of Ali's new best friend's wife. Over time, Ali's best friend managed to find happiness with someone new. Ali felt it was important to introduce his best friend's new wife to his family, especially to Aisha.

One day, Ali and Aisha were sitting together in the living room, the usually warm atmosphere this time was awkward. Ali began the conversation carefully, "Aisha, I want to talk about something important."

Aisha looked at her husband with attention. "What is that, Ali?"

Ali explains about the happiness his best friend has found and how he wants to introduce his new wife to them. Ali felt that transparency was the key to keeping their relationship strong.

Aisha responded wisely. "Ali, I appreciate that you honor your friendship and want to share your best friend's happiness with us."

Ali was relieved to hear Aisha's support. "I want you to know her, Aisha. We have to be open to this situation."

They finally agree to meet the new wife of Ali's best friend in a relaxing event at their home. Ali was nervous, worried about how this introduction would go.

On the day of the introduction, Ali, Aisha, and Zahra waited anxiously. Suddenly, the house bell rang, and Ali opened the door with a thumping heart.

Ali's new best friend's wife smiled gently when they met. He exuded sincere joy. "Greetings, I'm Sarah."

Aisha smiled kindly, feeling that Sarah was a kind and sincere woman. They sat together in the living room, talked about things and laughed together.

Several times, Ali felt the need to calm Aisha who was still feeling awkward. She grabs Aisha's hand gently under the table, gesturing that everything will be fine.

At the end of the meeting, the atmosphere that had been awkward turned warm. Aisha and Sarah even laugh at each other and share some funny stories.

After the introduction, Ali and Aisha sat down together to talk about their feelings.

"I know that this is a new thing and it may feel strange, but I want you to know that you are my priority, Aisha," Ali said in a soft voice.

Aisha smile. "Ali, I appreciate what you've done. It may be difficult at first, but I'm sure that we can deal with it together."

In this chapter, Ali and Aisha face new challenges with the introduction of Ali's best friend's new wife. With transparency, respect, and support for each other, they went through a sincere introduction. While there may be discomfort and awkward feelings, they are committed to maintaining a strong and growing relationship.

One day, after Ali's new best friend's wife leaves, Aisha sits on the porch with a blank look. Ali noticed the change in his wife's mood and sat down next to her.

"Aisha, what are you thinking?" ask Ali gently.

Aisha sighed. "Ali, I know that this is irrational, but I feel jealous."

Ali looked at Aisha with great attention. "Aisha, what makes you feel like this?"

Aisha felt a bit embarrassed confessing her feelings. "I get jealous when I see how you guys talk and laugh together. I know that you have a strong relationship with her, and it makes me feel insecure."

Ali grabbed Aisha's hand with great attention. "Aisha, I understand how you feel. But you should know that you're my top priority. Nothing can replace your place in my heart."

Aisha was slightly relieved to hear Ali's words. However, the jealousy was still there, and he felt the need to overcome his own feelings.

A few days later, Aisha decides to chat with her best friend, Fatima. He shared his feelings about the jealousy he felt.

"Fatima, I know that this is my own problem," Aisha said in a low voice. "But I don't want these feelings to ruin our relationship or Ali's relationship with her best friend."

Fatima listened attentively. "Aisha, everyone gets jealous sometimes. What matters is how we deal with that feeling."

Fatima gives some advice on how to cope with feelings of jealousy, such as talking openly with Ali about her feelings and focusing on their own happiness as a couple.

Aisha felt grateful for Fatima's support and felt stronger after talking to her best friend. He decided to open his heart to Ali about his feelings.

As they sat together at night, Aisha spoke truthfully. "Ali, I want you to know that I'm struggling with jealousy. It's not your problem, it's mine."

Ali clasped Aisha's hand gently. "Aisha, I appreciate your honesty. We're gonna tackle this together, like we always do."

In this chapter, Aisha faces feelings of jealousy that begin to haunt her after an introduction to Ali's new best friend's wife. She learns to talk openly about her feelings with Ali and gains the support of her best friend, Fatima. With open communication and support from each other, Aisha and Ali try to overcome these feelings of jealousy, strengthening their relationship in the face of emotional challenges.
