Dead Queen Nala's

Dead Queen Nala's
27 Explosions of Death

The night of determination arrives. The wall that protects Schlain is visible. All preparations have been made. Everyone knows what to do. The end of the game begins.

Dead Man's Parade

I raise up those who have died. Humans, or monsters. They number in the thousands. And I ordered them all to storm the castle. Because it can be manipulated, thousands of Zombies do not attack just anyone. They ran, climbed, penetrated the defenses of the knights who were not yet fully prepared.

After the zombie army passes through the wall. I sent the crows to find the high-ranking knights. Thanks to Lamia, I knew every knight to watch out for, and a figure capable of fighting it. The princesses also attacked by leading a number of monsters. In an instant, chaos ensued.

I flew past them, towards where the man was. He's still in the castle, and I won't let him out.

"We meet again" said the Knight Leader.

"Well.. You know for yourself that this will all end if one of us dies."

"This time you won't let me escape. I'll make sure the Grand Order is finished tonight."

"Hm.. I'd like to ask. I killed Genshi, and resurrected him as a monster. Her memories and feelings were still the same, except that now she had to eat fresh meat. Are you gonna kill him, too?"

Julius was silent, his face wrathful. But he kept trying to calm down. "When you kill her, she's no longer my sister."

"That's cruel. You know, monsters have feelings too. Well I know that most of them are crazy, but that doesn't mean they're all bad. When little Genshi is kidnapped, the one who saves him is the Werewolf. Don't you ever think that humans and monsters can live together?"

"Your words won't change anything. Monsters are wild animals. And as long as they exist, human life will never be safe."

"All right, that's enough. I hate people who are hard to tell. I'm trying to find a way to peace."

We're preparing. And crashing together. I was superior, but then his body let out light. And instantly, we were balanced. The same ability as La Pucelle, the ability to manipulate destiny.

A giant white shadow appeared. Julius will stop time. I'm not gonna let him. With my hands to the sky, I said.

Stretching his hands to the sky, summoning the Darkness that covered the ground. Darkness that can be felt directly.

Julius managed to stop time. But then everything went black, and time went back.

"What are you doing?"

"Hehe." I hit him first.  But for so long we fought swords, none of us managed to hurt the opponent. His manipulative ability makes us equal in strength, technique, and speed. Only one thing can end all this - Luck. Julius' sword broke through my body.

"It's over."

"Hm, you think I didn't know this was gonna happen? I know that if the blood of Jeanne Schlain is active, then this fight is useless because we are balanced. When Jeanne and Dracula fight, they stop because of Love. But what we both feel is hate. So what can solve this? The answer is luck. And I'm on the dark side making good luck on your side."

"There's no point in talking. It's all over for you."

"No-no. You don't get it yet. Outside of this darkness, I am immortal. Then why don't I take it off?"

Realizing something was strange, Julius tried to draw his sword. But I held his hand.

The blood coming out of me turned black, and then a death blast emerged from within the darkness.

---

The darkness that covered the castle slowly disappeared. Half the castle vanished without a trace. The explosion was not a burning or destructive fire. The explosion brings death, makes living things die, and eliminates non-living things.

But Julius Schlain survived. He avoided death by manipulating fate. A protector is strongest, but that protector is useless when dealing with people who also have it.

"You-you"

Julius did survive death, but the explosion caused him to fall from a height.  And before he could recover, little Jeanne stabbed him with a sword.

Julius looked at the face of the little one who was furious. She had met him in the forest, but had no idea who he really was. After reading Jeanne Schlain's notes, she realized she was the daughter of Dracula and Jeanne Schlain. Son of a couple of monsters and knights. The leader of the knights breathed his last look at the evidence that he had been convinced could not happen. That humans and monsters could coexist.

Little Jeanne cried loudly, as did some of the other monsters. They already won. They no longer have to fear humans. Their cry is not the cry of happiness. It was a cry addressed to the Queen whom they loved dearly.

Genshi approaches the body of Julius, the brother. He was sad, but also understood that this would happen. The Princess then hugged little Jeanne who had not stopped crying.

"Hus Hus Hus Hus.. It'sit's okay.. It'sit's okay.. He's coming back."

Little Jeanne stopped crying and looked at Genshi's face. The princess smiled and stroked the little girl's head.

"Natalia," Genshi then called. "Cut my hand."

Despite her doubts, Natalia finally cuts off her master's hand. Genshi took a piece of his hand and buried it into the ground. Then he watered the mound with blood.

"Go back. Everyone is waiting for you."

---

I drowned in a sea of blood. I can see my own shadow. I came back when I was human.

"So this is the end?"

Am I going to come back alive? If so, I want a quieter life. Fighting is exhausting. But.. Hm, it's quite fun.

Then I saw a light.

"Well.. It's hard to be important!"

---

Then from that mound of hands, a hand came out elegantly.
