As Katsugi is unable to do so, Ayumi calls Katsugi's father and Mitsuki's aunt, as well as her parents.

After calling everyone, a few minutes later the aunt with Marika and Ayumi's father arrived and tearfully the aunt asked her how her niece was doing.

Not long after, the doctor came and told Mitsuki that he would run an operation, to remove the decay in his leg.

After preparing everything, Mitsuki is taken to the surgery room and the doctor asks everyone to wait.

While waiting for her aunt keeps calling her sister (mother of Mitsuki) to tell her.

But the phone kept on diverting. I have tried many times but the result is still the same.

And the aunt stopped calling and chose to help look at Katsugi and Ayumi.

"Have it!! Ayumi don't cry everything will be fine" said aunt.

"Katsugi!! Take a deep breath and exhale" but Ayumi's father's efforts fail to catch Katsugi.
