"Jun Hui has grown fat because of my grandson." Xi Chen chimed in on his wife's words. Lian and Fang Yin nodded.
"Why did you let him go, the snow was falling." Xi Chen's voice turned heavy.
"Annchi at the Goddess's escort father."
"You're sure my grandson didn't run away the same way he did before?"
Lian nodded half sure.
"Dad, I want to talk to you alone." Yuze suddenly made a sound.
Xi Chen squinted his eyes then nodded. Xi Chen invited his son-in-law to a room that could not be penetrated or heard by others because the room was already coated with magic.
"What do you want to talk about?"
Xi Chen directly spoke to the point .
"Can't you keep Uncle Kai away from Annchi." Yuze revealed his heart. Heng Yuze's face implied a plea to her in-laws. Only her in-laws have the authority to suppress Kai. Yuze had originally intended to match Annchi to the sky emperor's war god but Yuze thought back, he didn't want to humiliate his daughter in the future.
"Why should I keep Kai away? Even if you're my son-in-law, you have no right to govern my nature." Xi Chen said coldly.
"I just don't want to see Annchi getting obsessed with uncle Kai's father." Yuze looked down, he knew he was sassy. Although he is the God of the entire universe, Yuze has no ambition to eliminate Kai even if he is able to eliminate the man. But Yuze did not want to do something that could make him regret for life. He also did not want to bear the hatred of his beloved daughter.
Love is not wrong, nor do we know who our hearts are anchored to. Love knows no power or position. Love is a gift only his daughter loves a figure that is far from perfect. The man only had a handsome face but not with his nature and past. Men are trash to all nature.
"All right." After thinking for a moment Xi Chen immediately obeyed his daughter-in-law's will. Kai should have been looking for a wider experience as Xi Chen was intending to retire and give his throne to his best friend. Only Kai deserved to continue his throne.
Xi Chen entered his palace, he saw Jun Hui who was enjoying his day. Xi Chen glanced at his daughter's steamed cake at the meal of his beloved disciple. Xi Chen exhaled his heavy breath.
"Call Kai for work." Xi Chen let out his lead voice.
"Good Teacher." Jun Hui nodded even though he was a little confused. He did not feel the presence of his teacher so he dared to relax.
"Uncle called teacher." Jun Hui knocked on Kai's room door. Jun Hui was sure the man was not yet in the realm of death so he only knocked once then left from there. Jun Hui was afraid that his uncle would get angry if he kept knocking on Kai's room door.
Kai opened the door of his room, in an instant he was already sitting quietly before Xi Chen.
"I don't like being stale, in the underworld there's chaos, I want you to sort things out there and lead that underworld as long as I don't withdraw my orders." Xi Chen said firmly.
"Your Majesty." Kai prostrated himself. His king is currently in a serious position so Kai has to put his position.
"You didn't ask." Xi Chen stopped Kai who was about to walk out of the room.
"Why should I ask with the absolute commandment you give." Kai said flatly, he was not a fool so he did not know what his friend and king were planning.
"I want you to have a wider experience. " Xi Chen said calmly even though his heart was slightly depressed. Kai laughed cynically.
"I don't need experience, because you know for yourself how I've been through this. And it's a good thing you gave me this order at least I can live a quiet life." Kai spoke with great emphasis. Kai left Xi Chen who was staring at his words.
His best friend was too genius, he had not told the truth but he already understood his intention of giving up the task.
Kai stuffed his essentials into the room at Mensi. Jun Hui was surprised to see Kai-like uncle was about to move in for quite a long time.
"Where's the uncle going?" Jun Hui asked excitedly.
" From now on I will live in the underworld of the demon realm. Take care of this palace, you should have the responsibility." Kai spoke flatly and was still tidying up his things regardless of Jun Hui being shocked inwardly.
