"What's that, Pah? Napa Mamah pinsan?" Ask Zeline while sobbing.

"Calm Princess... Mama's okay." Daniel kept trying to calm his daughter who kept crying.

The door of the examination room that opened made Daniel's attention diverted to the sound source.

"How's my wife doing?" Daniel asked in a hurry.

Instead of answering, the doctor smiled at Daniel. "Mrs Naina it's okay, sir." Answer while still smiling.

"What did you say? Is my wife okay? Obviously my wife is unconscious and you said it's okay?!" snapped Daniel.

"Niel relax!" Marvel patted Daniel on the shoulder.

The doctor kept smiling regardless of Daniel's clasping which made him surprised. "Mrs Naina it's okay, sir. Madam's unconscious condition caused Madame Naina to lack fluids in her body and fatigue." Bright Doctor.

"That means my wife's not okay! My wife even had nausea and vomiting in the morning." Daniel felt angry.

"Symptoms experienced by Mrs Naina are symptoms commonly felt by pregnant women in early pregnancy in general Mr." Reply Doctor.

"Symptoms in early pregnancy what do you mean?!" Snapped Daniel again. "W-what? My wife is pregnant?" Daniel said a little when he realized something.

The doctor smiled again. "Yes. Madame Naina is currently pregnant, sir. Have you and the Madam not known about Mrs Naina's pregnancy?" Ask Doctor.

Daniel shook his head quickly. His face looked completely shocked after hearing the testimony from the Doctor.

"If I am not an obstetrician, but I can confirm that Mrs Naina is currently pregnant. And to make sure it's back you can take Mrs Naina to Doctor Obgyn after she wakes up."

"What's? So Naina's sister is pregnant?" Asked Amara who was already conscious from his shock.

"Yes, Miss." The doctor still smiled.

"Oh thank goodness..." Amara rubbed her face with both hands. "I'll finally have one more nephew!" Amara was so happy. Amara's view turned to Zeline. "You hear that, Zel? You'll have a sister in a minute." Amara said as she pinched both of Zeline's cheeks.

"A-sister?" Asked Zeline with a shriveled forehead. "Why would Zel have a sister?" Asked Zeline with her confused face.

"All right." Daniel replied and hurriedly entered the examination room.

"The child must be both shocked and confused at this moment." Marvel chuckled at Daniel's laughable expression in his eyes.

Daniel's steps are increasingly swallowed when it is almost close to the bed. Even with a handsome face Daniel looks tense when he sees the pale face of his wife at this time.

How'this? Naina's pregnant? What am I supposed to tell him? Though I have promised to play beautiful when we were farming.

Doubtfully and fearfully Daniel dropped his ass on the bedside chair. "Darling..." Daniel stroked Naina's hand, which was now stuck with an intravenous needle. His tense face changed I saw the condition of his wife who looks not okay at this time. "Be aware.don't scare me like this." Daniel said with a clean voice.

"Da-daniel.." - Naina slowly opened her eyelids.

"What's wrong with me? Why am I here?" Naina asked then while holding her head that hurt.
