Destiny Holder
The hopes?

Hiromi was hit by a massive explosion, and there were countless explosions around her. Arizawa came back from his wind form, he appeared on the ceiling to avoid being affected by it.

While raising the helpless Yukichi, his face alone had even answered all of Arizawa's questions.

"Stand up, you can fly now" he said, then dropped Yukichi off.

"Eh?? what was that just now? it's so great that I can't figure out what's going on" he said in a daze.

"Stop praising me like that, it's just an expansion of my magic, becoming a high-level magic. Which even Hiromi herself might die after all these explosions are over."

"Your strength has far exceeded that of any other colleague, yes. I'm getting quieter if I stay here" Yukichi smiled innocently.

"But I'm still curious about the way your magic performance just now, you said that the wind is everywhere. Does it show that you are the wind itself?" ask Yukichi.

"Yes, in this mode, which is my release mode, I can be the wind. My body disappeared completely and my consciousness fused with the wind that was on earth."

"Through it too I could feel what the winds touched. Just like I did while searching for Hiromi's sixth pillar. And I can also reshape my body from the wind if I want to."

"This release I released earlier when Hiromi had just arrived, but the preparations took quite a long time. Eating him I just made small talk with him at the beginning of the meeting" Arizawa explained of his newfound strength.

"The two are great!" Yukichi clapped.

Arizawa was upset he felt bullied continuously. "Stop mocking me shit!" reply with a high note.

"Ehehe, yes, sorry" he said.

Soon the whole explosion had subsided, and they came down to check on Hiromi.

The ground was destroyed, cracked everywhere, the forest became barren due to the wind that was too strong.

The damage radius caused by the Arizawa attack was up to 4 kilometers, and the blast wave was up to 10 kilometers away.

Arizawa and Yukichi walked around the battlefield, looking at the broken lands. They had walked long enough to look for Hiromi, but did not see her either.

"Maybe he's gone? the explosion wasn't just one" Yukichi assumed.

"Hmm, it might happen, but I still can't believe it until I see the relic just a little. Only then did I accept that he was dead" Arizawa kekeh wanted to find Hiromi.

A moment later after they walked on, they found a small crater and several piles of rocks.

"It's very suspicious" Arizawa said.

Yukichi opened his palm towards the rocks, then moved the stone to another place.

Once lifted up, there is nothing. Only a tree was carried away by the wind.

"I thought we'd find him here" Arizawa was disappointed, and he turned around.

"You're okay?" Yukichi asked slowly.

"Yes, I'm just tired of all this. We've been walking for over two hours and haven't found Hiromi's relics at all. I give up, I'll go back to base for a break."

Yukichi looked at Arizawa, then he helped Arizawa get up from his seat.

Shortly as he was about to make his way home, a voice snatching the ground rang out in Arizawa and Yukichi's ears.

Both of them looked back, and to their surprise they saw Hiromi, who was still alive, in tattered clothes.

His body was paralyzed, and was filled with bruises and burns. "How did you survive..?!" arizawa's face was pale as she asked.

"I don't know either, but I don't have the energy to get up" Hiromi replied softly.

"It's so sad to see you like this, yeah. But I think it's appropriate for you as the redemption of your past sins."

"When I got hit by your magic explosion, I've seen the flashbacks of my life, I thought I was going to die in the explosion, but that's not the case."

"I was cursed, look at this on my elbow" Hiromi showed her elbow, and was exposed clearly to the symbol of a windmill. And it's bright green.

"However, why didn't you die while receiving the curse?" Yukichi asked.

"It's not a curse like usual, it's a curse for me to be immortal. This curse torments me forever. Trust me, eternity is not a fun thing" he said.

"It's awful. So, you're not gonna die even if I cut off your head here?" Arizawa.

"I'm not sure, but I shouldn't die, but just feel the pain" Hiromi replied.

Arizawa felt empty, if Hiromi did not die, then there might be another attack to take Mato.

"But I can't let you live. You're too dangerous" Arizawa said, trying to refute Hiromi's immortality argument.

"As far as you are. But I no longer have that intention. I've learned the lesson from the flashbacks I've been through."

Hiromi opened her eyes, "I saw a terrible memory, but it wasn't mine. And that memory was enough to scare me into staying on the same path" he said.

"What connection?" Arizawa asked.

"I'm sorry but I won't answer."

"All right, it's up to you. So, where are you going now?"

"I don't know, maybe I want to retire as a leader and live a normal life like a human being in general" Hiromi replied.

The situation moved to Katsura, she was helping Homura to bring the captured Yotsuya.

Soon after, Katsura was summoned to his subconscious. "Marx! you finally called me here again" he exclaimed in that separate world.

"Katsura, there's no more time. Quickly ask what you want to ask, no need to wonder about my words. You'll know soon" said Marx in a hurry.

"Well, why was it that when Azashi tried to use the absorbed Golden Orb, she died by herself instead?"

"Golden Orb only approves of being used by the user chosen by him. If there is a forced use, then the unapproved user will die at any cost" Marx replied.

"There again? hurry up, we don't have much time."

"OK, all right, all I want to ask is why you're in such a hurry and suddenly call me this?"

"I want to say goodbye. Until here we meet in the mind, we will meet again in the real world later."

"There's someone who broke our connection, and that leaves me no longer with access to your mind. So, now use the Golden Orb wisely. Remember, you're immortal, you're not gonna die."

"What..?"

"This man is very strong, be careful when facing him" Marx's body slowly faded into a dust of light.

"Wait, are you actually a form of my power or a living being connected to my power?"

"I don't have time to explain. If you have any questions about the Golden Orb, going back in time about 100 years ago, be sure to only take one person into the past, not one world into the past" says Marx, all that remains is his head.

"See you later in the day, Katsura Laith."
