Mr. Adam looked at his daughter who was still crying. Then Mr. Adam slowly approached Melda and held him back in his arms. Mr. Adam also gently rubbed his daughter's hair.
"Hiks hiks then where's Melda's parents sir? are they still alive? hiks. why would that person separate Melda from the old man melda sir?" ask Melda streak
"So son, for a moment you have something for you" said Mr. Adam as he took off his arms and walked into his room
"Here son, this is your necklace when you were a kid. Maybe this can give you a clue about your parents. Wear this wherever you go" said Mr. Adam, giving him a pendant necklace. Imelda accepted it.
"yes sir. But Imelda did not want to be far from the father. Mr. Melda" said imelda while splashing in Adam's arms
"Yes, son, you are also still a son" replied Mr. Adam who also returned imelda's embrace

The next morning at 05:30 amelda woke up from her sleep
"What time is this?" imelda said as she rubbed her eyes
Imelda began cutting vegetables and frying fish after almost an hour of imelda has finished serving her dishes at the dining table consisting of only 3 chairs. Imelda then left the kitchen to return to the room and began preparing for the hospital.

30 Minutes have passed. Imelda had finished preparing to go to the hospital to start her routine. Imelda went out of the room and found Adam sitting at the table waiting for imelda to have breakfast together. After finishing breakfast, Imelda said goodbye to Adam.
"Sir, melda left first" said Mslda while kissing the hand of Mr. Adam
"yes son, the heart is lived" replied Mr. Adam who only answered a nod by Imelda.
Imelda started down the road to the hospital.just 10 minutes it took to get to the hospital.After arriving at the hospital many nurses who bowed to Imelda because Imelda is famous for her genius. Imelda started riding the elevator to the 2nd floor where the room was.
Arriving in Imelda's room saw Sister Rida as her assistant was checking medical equipment.
"For the doctor" said Sister Rida
"Morning as well" Imelda replied with her smile
"Today there is a 10:00 docks operation schedule" Sister Rida said
"Thank you" replied Imelda
