By late afternoon, Raiza arrived at her home with her personal bodyguard. It appears in the courtyard of a red luxury car parked.
Raiza knows that the car belongs to Andrean. "Why is he here?" his inner.
Raiza rushed into the house.
The man stood up when he saw Raiza in front of him.
"Andrean?"
"How are you, Raiza?" Andrean walked over to the girl.
"Why are you here?" Raiza looked astonished.
"I'm here to ask your parents for their blessing" he replied.
Raiza chuckled, "Andrean, what else? I've ended it!"
"No, Za. I want to prove that our relationship is worth fighting for!"
Raiza is getting confused.
"I'll meet your Opa!" determined Andrean.
"Andrean, it won't be easy!"
"Why? Do you have another man standing up for me?"
"It's not so, Andrean. Your career will be ruined, I don't want you to regret choosing me!"
"I've spoken to both of your parents and they agree with our relationship, but I should be able to get the blessing of your Opa. So, I'm begging you to accompany me to see him!" Andrean pinta.
"Alright, I will accompany you," Raiza smiled forcedly.
Andrean showed a happy smile.
Unaccompanied by Andra, the two go to Opa Devan's house. Before entering the palace, they had to go through stages such as washing their hands and spraying anti-germ liquid on the palms.
Andrean and Raiza wait in the living room with anxious expectation, 10 minutes later Devan appears with Clarissa.
"Why is he here?" Devan doesn't seem to like it.
"Andrean came here to speak to Opa," Raiza replied cautiously.
"What do you want to talk about?" Devan looked at the young man.
"I love Raiza, sir." Andrean looked at Devan's face.
"But, I don't agree you have my granddaughter," Devan said without further ado.
"Sir, we love each other. I beg you not to separate us" Andrean asked.
"Are you willing that your brilliant career should end?" challenge Devan.
Andrean could not answer.
Raiza hopes Andrean is able to prove his words.
"You can't answer that, can you?" Devan stared cynically.
"What's wrong with the work I do, sir?" ask Andrean.
"I don't want my granddaughter's private life to be known to others let alone I don't want Raiza to be bullied en masse if she makes a mistake!"
"I can look after and protect Raiza well, sir." Andrean tried to convince.
"I'm not sure, anyways free you're here to beg me. Raiza I've betrothed another man," Devan said firmly.
"What?" Raiza was surprised and so was Andrean.
"Opa never told me about matchmaking" Raiza said.
"Because it's not time for you to know this, but today Opa told you not to accept feelings from other men except my choice!" Devan explained.
"Opa, why should I be betrothed?" his protest.
"For you not to choose another man!"
"Opa, me and Raiza love each other. Don't you have a heart?" ask Andrean.
"I know what's best for my grandson!" emphasizing words.
"Andrean, we're sorry. Oma hope you can get a better woman from Raiza," Clarissa softly advised Andrean.
"My grandchildren are better!" Devan said softly.
"Yes, I know!" she said quietly near her husband's ear.
"Madam, I just love your granddaughter!" Andrean won't give up.
"Our decision has been unanimous, cannot be contested anymore" Clarissa said.
"Oma, I don't want to be betrothed!" reject it.
"Raiza, he's a good guy. Oma believes she can love you" Clarissa explained.
"Now, you know the truth. So, better go home!" devan's word to Andrean.
Devan and his wife left the guest room.
Raiza tried not to hold back her tears.
Andrean grabbed Raiza's hand, "Za, do you want me to be around you?"
Raiza pulled the hand that Andrean was holding. "Stay away from me, you deserve the best of me!"
Hearing those words, Andrean could not help but feel a mix of hate, anger and affection. He left the Devan residence disappointed.
Andra was standing near Raiza who was still sitting on a chair with his head down looking like the girl's shoulder was trembling.
"Miss!" Andra called.
"Miss crying?" tanyanya slow.
Raiza quickly wiped away her still dripping tears, then shook her head.
Andra just kept quiet and looked at the pity of the girl in front of him.
"Why are you here?" ask Raiza.
"Mistress Raisa sent me here" he replied.
Raiza then stood up, "Let's go home!" still a raucous voice.
The two leave, after Andra and Raiza say goodbye to Devan and Clarissa.
Raiza sat in the driver's side seat looking at the road.
Andra didn't want to ask anything.
Raiza came back crying and Andra stopped her car.
"Miss!" call slowly.
Raiza turned her gaze to Andra, she was crying even louder.
Andra looked confused to see Raiza crying. "Miss, relax. What's going on?"
Raiza then hugged Andra making the man surprised. "I hate Opa!"
Andra moved her hand slowly touching the shoulder of the girl who was hugging her.
"Why does Miss hate the Great Lord?"
Raiza let go of her embrace, "Opa has already betrothed me!" with sobbing.
Andra who heard it also felt devastated, her hope of having the lady run aground.
"Opa rejected Andrean because he had betrothed me by his choice!" Raiza wiped her tears with a tissue.
"Do you know who that man is?"
Raiza shook her head.
"Miss, the Great Lord may know that the man is worthy and worthy of you" Andra tried to advise.
"But I don't like it!" said with a trembling voice.
"Miss, what we think is good is not necessarily good for us. It could be the choice of the Great Lord is the best," said Andra.
"You and Opa are the same!" Raiza turned her body and came back crying.
"Miss, I'm sorry!"
Raiza didn't pay attention to it.
Andra turned the engine back on, 15 minutes later they arrived at Eza's residence.
Raiza came out and ran a little into her house with a red face from crying.
Raisa and Eza ask Andra what happened to her daughter.
"I only heard from Miss Raiza's mouth that she was betrothed by the Great Lord" Andra said.
Eza and Raisa looked at each other, they understood the old man's wishes.
Eza then told Andra to come home to rest, "Sorry, it has made you have to come back here again!"
"No problem, Sir. Miss Raiza is also my responsibility," Andra smiled.
"Thank you" said Eza.
"Together, Sir, Madam," Andra said goodbye.
-
Arrived at home and finished cleaning. Andra dropped her body on the bed, she remembered the words Raiza had betrothed.
Without tears in her eyes, Andra got up and sat down. He ruffled his hair, "Why does it hurt so much to hear that it has been betrothed?"
Meanwhile, Eza and his wife went to see his in-laws. He wanted to ask the reason for his daughter's match.
"You've come here, Raiza must have said it," Devan guessed as soon as his son and son-in-law arrived at his house.
"Yes, Pa. Why didn't Papa tell us about this matchmaking?" ask Raisa.
"Papa saw that man did not give up so we finally told him" Devan replied.
"Then who's the guy Raiza's gonna be betrothed to, Pa?" ask Eza.
"You know him and they're very close, too" Devan replied.
"Who, Pa?" raiza.
"Andra!" answer Devan again.
Raisa and her husband looked surprised.
"Why didn't Papa tell us that Andra was the man Raiza was going to marry?" ask Eza.
"Because Papa is afraid that you will tell Raiza and Andra" he replied.
"You guys agree, don't you think that Andra we're gonna be a match for Raiza?" this time Clarissa asked.
"We agree, Ma." Answer Eza.
"But please don't tell them, let this flow. Mama doesn't want them to keep their distance because we set them up" Clarissa said.
"Alright, Ma. We will not tell them" said Raisa.
Clarissa and Devan smiled.
