The Castle Guard

The sound of footsteps grew closer and closer. Their bedroom door was knocked.

Celli opened their room door.

"It's time" said one of the monastery guards who served inside the Abbey's castle

"Can't we rest for a little while longer" said Rory who was still trying to open her eyes

"No. It's time" said the abbey keeper

"We still have to wait for Aretra" Celli said

"no need. He will catch up with you, "the abbey guard said

"really ? We can talk to him directly" said Rory suspiciously

"No need" said the convent's keeper

"That's it. We'll get some water now. He will follow" said Celli

They walked step by step towards the nearest spring to fetch water. This is done by them every day.

"This is the last water you take. Put it there and start washing all the clothes of the monastery on the 11th floor" said the keeper

When they reached the spring.

"The clothes of the bright floor dwellers do look different" said Rory, moving her hands and playing with water to wash the clothes.

Your body they feel like they've been shaken after completing the task.

Their steps were heavy as they headed back to their rooms.

They heard the screams of Aretra.

They ran towards the source of the sound. They were heading to a room they hadn't seen all this time.

Suddenly their bodies felt so weak that to bang on the door of the room they could not.

"You are ready" said the convent keeper

"Yes" said Aretra

"Friends - your friends are first" said the convent keeper

"really ? Why aren't they waiting for me" Aretra said

"I don't know about it, I don't know" said the abbey keeper

"So, I have to catch up with them" said Aretra

"no need. Your job is to light a candle in every corner of this tenth floor hallway" said the convent keeper

"All right," said Aretra

After all the tasks are done. Aretra reported to the monastery guard earlier.

"There's still one more room" said the convent keeper

"Which one ?"aretra

"Follow me" said the convent keeper

"It seems like this passage we never passed through" Aretra said suspiciously

"of course. I am the only one who has the confidence to go to this place. Now you," said the convent keeper

They kept walking down the stairs through the first floor. The place was darker than the first floor they first lived on.

"Even the darkest places need light. Go inside this room" said the convent keeper, opening the door.

Somehow Aretra's body felt limp and his strength drained but Aretra kept coming in.

When lighting a candle that is on a table and next to a very hard bed.

The abbot approached him from behind and Aretra realized this.

Aretra turned towards him.

"What are you doing ?"aretra said in panic

The monastery guards took out a long, thin wood making the candle that Aretra was holding loose.

The aretra cannot see around it.

Suddenly the abbot tried to strangle him on the bed. Aretra's hand was trying to reach something. However, not finding it.

Aretra tried to resist and held the hands of the abbey's guards and untied her by her neck. Aretra yelling.

Flay, Suyira and Rerast sit in the garden after doing the Monastery household chores.

"It feels great to enjoy the sunshine" said Flay, sitting on the grass.

"Yes. Hopefully they can get out of the tenth floor faster" Suyira said

"But they're so great compared to us. Only one year has been able to go to the tenth floor and has followed us to campus" said Rerast proudly

"Sister, please brother.. Aretra was in danger," said Celli calling his two brothers telepathically for the first time.

"You heard it" said Flay

"What's up ?"Rerast said

"There's no time. It will be explained along the way" said Flay

They immediately descended from nineteen to the fourth floor.

On the fourth floor, though,

"So be careful to get to this floor .. the floor under the first floor.Your power will be absorbed and disappear," Celli said speaking in telepathy.

"The same thing happens when we jump in class" said Rerast

"Bring tools that we can meet while walking" said Flay

Rerast ran very fast and found an iron tool. Tools of the furnace.

They reached the first floor and heard her sister's cry for help.

"Please .. don't hurt him" said Rory shouting

Celli tried to reach the doorknob but he fell.

They went straight to the ground floor.

Celli tries again and almost falls down again but is helped by Flay. Celli fainted on the spot.

"Hold him," said Flay looking at Celli

"OK," said Rerast feeling his body begin to weigh.

"How are you doing, Rory ?"said Suyira

Rory only gave a sign with his hand that he was fine while stinginging.

"Akhhhh," cried Aretra as the wood landed on her shoulder as Aretra tried to run away.

Aretra fell out of bed. The abbot managed to reach him and tried to strangle him.

Suyira heard it very angry and immediately forcefully opened the door with a combustion furnace.

As the door opened, he saw the convent's guards trying to strangle his sister on the floor.

Suyira kicked the monastery guard and was thrown into the bed.

Suyira immediately held her sister. As the convent's guards tried to block Suyira, Flay twisted his hand and tied his hand back with a long rope.

They all headed to the first floor and Rerast called the nearest monastic guard, who was in charge of guarding the doors of the monastery castle.

The convent's doorkeeper was surprised to see his friend was already like a madman who was screaming indistinctly for release and his eyes were filled with hatred.

"He was influenced by a bad man" said the convent's castle doorman sadly

"So, what should we do?"said Suyira

"Bring your sister. We will call his colleague who is one floor with him" said the doorkeeper of the monastery castle

Celli had already begun to awaken as Rory healed him with healing water as well as Aretra's wounds. However, Aretra still looked shocked. Rerast.

"No. Who guarantees if he is not influenced anymore" Suyira insisted

"He can be like this, you know for yourself the weight of serving in the dark, and someone who should be guarding this castle from the outside does not carry out his responsibilities" said the castle's doorkeeper upset.

The other castle doorman told his friend to keep telling stories.

Celli remembered the time in the Sky castle Aunt Sellen said.

"Sister, Luxi's brother is in charge of guarding this castle" Celli said

"Sister Luxi," Suyira said in surprise

"Sister, I need to communicate with him. Of course if you allow it," said Celli

Suyira nodded her head giving consent.

"Let me heal him" said Flay, watching the castle guard yell hysterically making him feel sorry

"Please," said the keeper of the spintub

Flay touched his forehead and closed his eyes. The guard gradually stopped revolting and shouted then his eyes had refocused.

He's bowed lethargic.

"What happened ?"said the ten-floor monastery guard

"You are possessed" said the convent's doorman

"I've always been proud that I would be the sole keeper of a clean-hearted and clear-minded monastery. Finally affected as well," said the convent keeper regretfully

"Nothing really escapes error. Not one resident" said the doorman

"That means this has happened" said Flay in surprise

"Never but often. We just don't want to talk about it" said the convent's keeper

"The guards sent by the Sky castle always end up ill-fated. We have buried them many times" said the doorman

"But it wasn't over by the time Auntie Sellen fought the rebellion" Suyira said

"He did not make the guards of the sky castle fight each other but sent the inhabitants of the sky castle to finish off the guard of the sky castle. We can't bear to tell and see the guards die again" said the Sky Castle's doorman.

"But that doesn't mean we give up on his actions. We don't have to fight but we have to defend" Suyira said
