It turned out that the man who called the three of them was Sandy Miller along with the thugs he hired to beat them up. Since he still remembers Inuya and the others as they attempt to stop Sandy from kidnapping Tazuya, Sandy decides to target them in search of Tazuya's whereabouts

“ The young man named Sandy ! “ Said Inuya who remembered his name thanks to Tazuya who often called his name because he was upset about his actions

Curious about why Tazuya and Sandy hate each other, Inuya decides to ask him directly for the reason. Sandy rejects him because she feels Inuya and the others have no right to know. Inuya and Ryuga and Ataru peeked at the atmosphere outside. According to Ryuga's estimation it was impossible for the elite soldiers to shoot them in the same position. This led them to conclude that the soldiers had moved to other places with teleportation devices to outwit their movements
