CH 339: Viewing the State of Yunzhou City

After arriving at the dam the three of them landed and perched on a roof of the building.

While walking around and looking at the state of the Refugee, Evan asked the Chief Warrior a few questions.
"Yunzhou City, how many shelters and food distribution stations are there?" evan asked the Chief Warrior.
"Yunzhou City has eight refugee camps and two food-sharing posts for flood victims!" replied the Head Warrior told Evan.
"How many times a day do you distribute food to the flood victims?" evan asked the Chief Warrior.
"In a day we will distribute two bowls of Soup or Porridge to every refugee!" said the Head of the Army.
"Just two bowls of porridge?, where are the funds sent by the central city every month here?, the funds sent from the center to the city of Yunzhou are large enough and enough to be used by flood victims to get through this crisis period, did you put the funds sent by the central city into your pockets?" evan said coldly.
