"Call me Ner" he answered.

"Are you not from here?" ask Liu Li. His name was quite foreign in the ears, inner Liu Li.

"I come from a far away place. I was kicked out of the house" said Ner sadly.

"But we can't take you along" said prince Jin.

Prince Jin ignored him and spurred his horse to continue the journey, and the woman named Ner still stubbornly followed him. Prince Jin paid him no more attention and let him follow them to the General's camp.

Ner stood outside the tent, waiting to meet prince Jin. He stood for almost two hours, until finally the prince of Jin came after finishing his affairs with the general.

"Prince Jin, I want to talk to you." Ner knew that he was the prince of Jin when the five brothers greeted him.

Prince Jin stopped his steps, "say."

"Do you mind if we choose a quieter place?"

"Get in the tent."

"But inside is your wife. I want to talk in private."

Prince Jin stared at Ner sharply, "there are no secrets between us. You can talk in the tent or not at all." Then the prince left Ner and went into his tent.

Ner wanted to talk alone with Prince Jin, but now he had no choice. Ner went into the tent.

"What do you want to talk about?" asked Prince Jin without further ado.

Ner noticed the difference in the attitude of prince Jin. During the trip, he looked so sweet on Liu Li. But now, prince Jin spoke coldly to her.

"Sit down, Ner," Liu Li asked.

Ner sat down with the prince of Jin, and he began to speak, "are you at war with the Tartars?"
