Zheng bai looked at the small white jade arm that looked fragile and transparent looking exposed as the wide hanfu cloth of jing mei's arm descended, still holding her tightly. This girl was not afraid of him or thought that he was his benefactor. What if he finds out who he is in the future??, thought zheng bai coldly. For what he thought of it, in the future they will not cross paths with each other.
He looked in front of him, three people in black robes typical of the ghost valley stood up and looked ready to attack him. He only laughed mockingly because of their alertness.

He was well aware that the ghost valley was led by only one very secretive and annoying person, and there's one ancient rule there only those who are strong and recognized can only see each other's faces, or sharing an identity if they wanted the rest of their own not to know each other's identity and face because they were only ordered to one task, the gap was huge and fatal, as it is today, he said, it seemed like there were two groups from the ghost valley who were simultaneously sent to the village but with different tasks and also it was very beneficial to him because they were idiot humans. He drew his sword again and walked away from the edge of this forest towards the village, as far as he could see there was nowhere he could use to leave this girl's body and the rest of the night a little longer plus tonight the snow would most likely be more. Slightly holding back the rough gusts of his breath, with a cold expression zheng bai carried the fainted body of jing mei. Cold air that feels fresh, dark streets dim under the silver light of the night moon. A faint soothing gentle aroma accompanied him, a fresh scent mixed with cold air.
Zheng bai carried jing mei's body in his left hand and in his right hand he held his sword, most of his current clothes he could make sure were already filled with the rest of the dried blood. He glanced at the body of the woman he was carrying right now, as he thought, this woman was also dirty with blood.
He shifted his gaze and refocused away quickly towards the imperial capital, until dawn tomorrow morning, he should be able to be in the imperial territory. But, the howl of the strong wind that shivered the bones began to sound noisier. The snow-white grains were getting busier and busier as if they were raining heavily. The air around him quickly began to turn cold, freezing.
Zheng bai added spiritual energy to his legs, he continued to gallop but as the rushing snow falling and the increasingly strong wind made his body shiver coldly, his gaze slightly blurred due to the large amount of white grains in front of him.
Something small in his arms felt moving and shaking, and when zheng bai turned his head he saw clearly that the little body of this woman was shivering violently. He could feel the body temperature on his arm this started to decrease, but when he who was focused on the body temperature jing mei, suddenly from the direction of both sides something attacked him.
