Mario POV

I fell silent in my office, covering everything that had happened. I killed my own father. Actually he was my role model for being a good and very caring Papa. I guess by giving a photo of Mai and then taking me to fly to Indonesia to match me with Mai is because Papa knows I love Mai but my guess is wrong.

Flashbacks

After a week of leave, he finally returned to work. But something looked different, he looked scared of me. He's not as bright as usual. He said that he was exhausted after the trip to Indonesia and I acted as if I believed but I continued to investigate what happened. Maybe she was nervous, why did Papa choose her to be betrothed to me?

After establishing that Mai will be photographed by Troy, he goes to the place where Papa works.

But before I opened the door I heard Papa talking on his phone.

" I don't want to know, you guys have failed but this time don't let it fail or you guys head I'm beheaded, go to the Home tower room 1227 at 5 o'clock exactly usually he's already in the apartment" papa's orders to someone

I also waited for a while until Papa finished the phone and I entered his room, because if I left after hearing the conversation Papa would be caught from Papa's secretary's report that I had been here.

" Can I come in?" much

" Let's go in, just like everybody else" replied Papa

" What's the reason Papa betrothed me to Mai?" Much

" Of course Papa needs him to be Papa's son-in-law, to take care of you" Papa replied but I'm not sure

" If Papa has a certain purpose I'll help Papa" I'm fishing for Papa to come clean

" Really?" ask Papa

" Of course, I'm Papa's son" I said

" Then give this chocolate candy to Mai, but it's special to Mai, you can't eat it" Papa turns out to be so kind and serious about wanting Mai to be her daughter-in-law

" Papa wanted to kidnap her" Papa said later

" What is Papa planning?" ask me curious

" to give him a surprise there in America, Later Papa explained if we have succeeded in bringing Mai to America" explained Papa, full of puzzles but there seems to be hidden intentions

" I went back to Pa's office and I'll give this chocolate to Mai" I replied

" Make sure he eats it" said Papa and I passed away

When I got to the office I went straight to work. Then I came home deliberately late in the afternoon so I could take Mai home because if the photo shoot with Troy would have finished long and follow the father's plan so that father does not suspect.

While on the road he tells all his conjectures of Papa's hidden intentions about his great-grandfather and his friend and about a secret door that opens him in need of Mai's blood,I believed her and I thought of a plan to follow Papa's path but I was going to run away at the last second but I needed Mai then I offered Mai chocolate but she refused,I let him not suspect me. I stopped by his apartment and just as the doorbell rang I knocked him unconscious so I could go with Papa's man. But before I left I left a clue maybe someone was looking for Mai and helping me even though I didn't know who.

I followed their car and turned out to be heading for the airport.

"So Papa really kidnapped Mai for some reason?" I asked when we arrived and was greeted by Papa and his men

" Let's go in and let Papa explain" Papa replied and we all got on Papa's private jet

While on the plane...

" Pa, why does Papa want Mai?" ask Papa

" Papa needs Mai to take back your great-grandfather's stuff" Papa replied casually with a cocktail in his hand

" Why should Mai? Can it be replaced by someone else?" ask me again as smooth as possible so that Papa believes that I am on Papa's side

" Can't, must the blood of the descendants of the Space family be able to unlock the secret seal" Papa replied as he put down his glass

" So Mai is a Space Descendant? so she's Jena, which means Mai's right she'll be sacrificed to unlock the door seal" I thought

" What happens if it uses instead the blood of a descendant of the Space family?" ask me curious

"The secret door will increase the layer of the seal and to open it must increase blood so that more people must be sacrificed" Papa explained

I thought hard how to escape from Papa while there are some Papa's men and did not rule out the possibility where it will go there are other Papa's men who are ready.

When I arrived at the airport I was still confused and curious about how the place Papa went so I still continued to follow them.

But when I arrived and saw the number of Papa's men I became confused about how to escape from here so I looked around to find opportunities to escape. And I followed Papa into an old house and into a dark basement and a lot of dust because it had been abandoned for a long time.

Papa told someone to put Mai in front of a large door with a carving that was difficult to understand and told the others to form a seal.

And like a miracle, Om James came pulling Mai and I reflexively pushed Papa and was sucked by the seal,Papa tried to hold on to the seal-forming people and they got dragged together and disappeared instantly and suddenly the color of the door changed from brown like wood to purplish and finally blackened.

I was indeed evil to have pushed my own Papa and caused it to disappear instantly, but that was because I did not want anyone else to harm Mai.

Flashback off

I know, I was a disobedient child for killing my own father. But I do not regret it because I can see Mai survived I am very grateful.

And I'm also grateful that Om James and Aunt Nadine blessed my relationship with Mai.

POV Mai

I was walking to the lobby because it was time to go home but when it was outside suddenly there was someone who smothered my mouth and closed my eyes. For the third time I was kidnapped, I resigned because I was sure Papa or Mario would help me, I'm sure.
