4. Henry's Offer and Father's Coming

Renesmee was completely at a loss for words. His two eyes could only glaze over, his hands clenched firmly on the cafe table, then. braakkk!! The girl kicked down the cafe table while standing up from her seat.

“You are a foreign man who came as a customer in this cafe. Then you suddenly asked me to obey your orders. And as a cafe waitress, I'm following your request because I don't want any commotion or you're going to sue this cafe because I refused your order. But what did you just do? You made me a wife-to-be in front of your parents? Are you crazy??? You don't think about how my life is? Hey, even I don't know you at all!!!”

Renesmee was really angry, her chest fluttering as she said at length with a high tone of voice.

The atmosphere of the cafe was already quiet, because the cafe had been officially rented by Henry specifically tonight only. And the man was still sitting quietly with his chest closed, he was not at all bothered with such an angry Renesmee.

Even Evan and the other cafe waiters could only quietly stand behind the cashier area. As for Joshua, the man was standing in the doorway of the cafe. He does return to the cafe to pick up his wallet left behind in the locker closet, but he accidentally witnesses what is happening to Renesmee.

Seeing Henry not avenging his anger, Renesmee felt muddled and rubbed her face with a huff. “Are you mute and deaf? You just made my future fall apart. Even I was like a bewitch, unable to tell the truth that happened to your parents!!” Said Renesmee again. His voice rose, he was really that angry at Henry.

Both of Henry's parents had left the cafe shortly after they heard good news from Henry that he would marry Renesmee soon.

Henry's parents left because they thought Henry wanted to have dinner with his lover in a state of calm and privacy. So the two of them did not want to have dinner together this time. However, the two of them invoice Henry for an appointment, to bring Renesmee to dinner at their home officially.

Ouh, it seems like Renesmee has to face a bigger problem.

“Then do your part until it's done, Esme.” Henry said very casually.

Joshua who heard Henry's words, he just scrunched his forehead. Of course Joshua was holding back his anger. He thought Henry shouldn't have said that.

Hearing Henry's words, Renesmee let out a slow snort. He laughed at what Henry said. “What? You're gonna hire me to play a lover and then be your wife? Playing that position until it's over, did you say? Is your mouth used to saying that arrogantly? And are you also used to hiring people with money that you think is like trash?!”

“Esme, I just asked you to do something. You are willing to make my request. You stood beside me, smiling at my parents, and you played a good role as a good actress. Then, why don't you just do it until the end? I'll divorce you after six months.” Said Henry. He really didn't care about Renesmee's reaction. He was indeed very calm when talking, but his gaze was like forcing Renesmee.

“You think I'm a cheap woman that you can easily just buy? You're even---”

“I didn't buy you, Esme. I'm just telling you to play my lover and be my wife, you'll be under contract with me, then I'll pay you according to the agreement we'll make later. I know you're not an item, you're a woman with dignity. Of course I know about it. I just want you to play like that, and then you'll get a big paycheck from me every month. I will also obey your will. I don't mean to trouble you and I'll guarantee you that. Hey, why are you so mad? You're just a cafe waitress. It's just that you'll work for me, not be a cafe waitress again.” Said Henry. After being quite indifferent since then, now the man said a lot of things.

Renesmee exhaled her long breath. He looked at Henry sharply.

As she stared at the man for a little while, Renesmee realized something. Henry's suit is all black. Starting from pants, t-shirts, suits, and glasses. Renesmee remembered something in her head. Last afternoon, he tried to see a photo of a man from Alice's cell phone.

Both of Renesmee's eyes instantly widened. Then he closed his lips with his right hand. So, now he is facing a Henry Sebastian that he had denounced that man looks very arrogant?

Henry scrunched his forehead as he looked at Renesmee's expression which turned into surprise. “What's wrong with you?”

“You.. You are the Henry Sebastian-”.

“Did you just realize who I really am? Make a decision right now. Are you willing to be a paid lover for me?”

“A-what?!!”

Henry smiled in anguish. “It turns out that the deaf is you, not me. I don't like to repeat my words. And I think you've already plunged into my world. So you can't refuse my offer. Ah, I don't think this is an offer, but a demand for you.”

“I didn't say yes. I won't be willing to be a paid lover for you!! Just think about your own burden, and you better not bother me. I will never set your feet on your house!!” Renesmee. “It turns out you really are a very arrogant man!!”

Henry just chuckled. “Do not make this situation so difficult, Esme. Anyway, from tomorrow you won't be working in this cafe.”

Renesmee's eyes widened again. No, he was not surprised by Henry's words. But he was surprised to see the arrival of his father who was already standing at the entrance of the cafe.

Yes, a famous businessman named Radityo. He is Renesmee's father. And he came with two burly bodyguards, to force Renesmee out of the cafe.

“It's time you went back home, Nessie!” Radityo. His eyes look very firm too.

Renesmee immediately shook her head. While Henry was quite surprised and he immediately stood up from his seat. The man witnesses what is going on, and he tries to protect Renesmee.

Of course Renesmee kept shaking her head. He asks Evan and Joshua for help. However, they both lost to the two bodyguards. And finally, Renesmee was dragged out of the cafe.

Henry sighed, trying to protect Renesmee. Because he thinks that Radityo is the bad guy who kidnapped Renesmee. Henry does not know that Radityo is Renesmee's father.

“I'LL PICK YOU UP, ESME!!” Henry said with a loud shout. He saw the white car just go away, and Renesmee was in the car.
