Zei takes the plate from Adrian's hand and starts feeding Lana.

"Thank you" said Lana.

"May your wounds heal quickly. And the culprit received the appropriate punishment" Zei said.

Lana just nodded and went back to chewing.

Lana feels awkward about it but in her heart she feels happy to see the togetherness of Adrian's family who look compact.

Shortly thereafter the great lady of Kingsford came.

"How are you doing, honey?" beau asked Lana who was still being fed by Zei.

"It's still like yesterday, Aunty," Lana replied.

"Did our arrival bother you?" ask Beau.

"Yes" replied Adrian.

"No," said Lana at the same time.

Beau looked towards Adrian.

"I won't ask you anything because it's both of you're business. You'll come back to the mansion with me. But I'm going to go to the company with Zavian first because I have something to take care of" Beau said.

"I'll drive him, Mom," said Adrian.

"Alright, then" replied Beau.

"Don't you run away, Adrian's son" Davian said.

"Hurry and go" said Adrian.

"He kicked us out, Mom," said Lucian.

Then Beau said goodbye to Lana, as well as his other children.

"Huufffttt .... Finally," said Adrian relieved.

"You feeling relieved now?" ask Lana.

"Yes" replied Adrian.

"Yes, of course you're relieved that there's no one to leak your vices anymore" Lana said.

"I have no vices" replied Adrian with confidence.

"Well, that's funny" said Lana.

"Yes, I'm really funny. Thank you, My baby," replied Adrian smiling and would kiss Lana's lips, but Lana's left hand closed and held Adrian's lips closer.

"You haven't told your parents?" ask Adrian.

"No, I won't tell them" Lana replied.

"Yes, it's better that they don't worry" Adrian said seriously.

Lana just nodded her head and then went back to grimacing in pain as her hands went back into pain.

"Do you need to stay here until your wounds get better?" ask Adrian.

"No, I'll just go home. I'm tired of always lying down" replied Lana.

"My apartment is close to this hospital. We'll stay there for a while until you're healed. I can get the nurse to the apartment" Adrian said.

"We live together? No way," said Lana.

"We lived together once. What's wrong with living with me again? Especially now that you're hurt" Adrian said.

"It used to be different" said Lana.

"It makes no difference. You and I are still the same" Adrian said.

Their conversation was cut because the door of the room was open.

Doctor Lesca appears to have entered with two of his nurses.

"I'll check your wounds before you go home, Lana," said Lesca.

Lana nodded and then the two nurses opened the bandages in Lana's hands to treat her wet wounds and also changed the bandages.

"It's a little sore" Lesca said softly and treated while examining the suture wound on Lana's hand.

Adrian saw that and held Lana's left hand which held her tightly.

Lana took her eyes off the wound on her hand.

"Look at me" whispered Adrian.

"Can you use dope, Lesca?" adrian asked because he could not bear to see Lana who seemed to be in pain even though Lana was now in a state of silence.

"You think this is being operated on?" Sahut Lesca's.

"Then hurry up. I was just horrified to see his wounds you stirred up like that" said Adrian.

"Hey, I'm treating it instead of stirring it up" Lesca replied.

"Adrian, can you shut up?" said Lana.

"Okay" Adrian answered, peeping at Lana's lips despite Lesca and her two nurses.
